May I recommend lebanese dishes? Some of them are even vegan and they are very healthy lmao. We use in our dishes: rice, some kind of meat or even beans and plenty of other stuff!! Which is why it’s so healthy.
(PS: not the food made in restaurants like shawarma, kebbeh, falafel etc but like dishes that are cooked at home)

@@ivonvaladez6147 im not quite vegan yet (i still eat seafood and eggs) but ive been doing this for a year and a half and honestly, even after just a month i noticed i never felt fatigued or tired anymore for no reason, my memory got better, my mental health improved, and i started gaining muscle way quicker. of course it matters what youre eating and vegan doesnt automatically = healthier, but in a lot of cases (like mine) it does!

Hell yeah! Everything is expensive in Switzerland hahaha, were there last week after our trip to Paris and we were surprised that the price is much more higher haha, but maybe suits the salary who works there 😌
with winnie mhmmm, yeah but not really lol, like the salary is between 3000-3500 and just the apartment is like 1500, and than the assurance like 300 , and whatever we need more, I tried to calculate every ingredient for 1 month food and it can’t be lower than 400, and I’m not vegan or vegetarian but I still just can buy meal one day in a week, it’s really hard, and fast food is even more expensive than healthy food

CHOLE THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!!!! what temperature adn how long did you cook these indgredients for?!?!?!?! i just bought the stuff now idk what to do haha
I’d cook everything in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. I’d cook it all for about 25 minutes. The sweet potato may need to cook a little bit longer though. Just make sure you dice into fairly small pieces.

I just tried these and holy crap...what a great variety of food! I subbed quinoa for the rice, and used eggplant instead of the second serving of peppers. There are a lot of combinations and it's not boring!

lol not sure why you were so flustered..It's cute though...dunno what you'd do if you had to cook for a Middle Eastern family 😂..Our cuisine is so complex... we end up having like 4-5 different dishes with many components for a big family dinner....I personally like simple recipes, but there's noway my family would eat any of these simple prepped meals...Also, I am wondering what I can replace chickpeas, kale and sweet potato with..can't stand the taste of any of those.

If anyone is going vegan I suggest do research, veganism is actually really good and there are so many different meals now and days, Plus meatless products that taste and look like meat. Some are amazing. some are not. Is all a trial and error. I LOVE BEING A VEGAN. I discovered so many different meals. The best part for me I don't have IBS anymore. vegan is straight from the source, plants. 😀😍

mom and make this recipe and it was sooo good! We put the sweet potato and bellpepers together and the sweetpoataos got a bit of an aftertaste (that tasted like bellpepers ) and the chicken was great! totally making it again in the future

This video came in at a perfect time! I started the summer (I know it's winter now) shred challenge and I've been struggling to think of meals to prep. I'm on my last semester of my Master's program so time is very restricted and for the past half year I've been eating drive-thru food and now I have no idea what to eat! I think this will go well with the shred challenge.
