Perfect example of the making of an Aggressive Aunty. This happens when a man doesn't have his wife as his priority or constantly cheat and want her to be okay as far as he is emotionally or financially with her. Typical Toxic masculinity at its peak. No wonder any women in touch with such men either destroy themselves like parveen babi or try to destroy others.

The interview with Jaya Bachchan really makes me sad. All she ever wanted was love from her husband. People gave her so many insensitive names. She was always projected as the bad lady. I saw a few posts saying that "Why did Amitabh marry Jaya, instead he should have married Rekha". They don't understand that what Amitabh did was an extramarital affair. Jaya was pregnant with a child at that time. No wonder she became a heartless woman. She had everything yet she didn't have anything.

ok so i may get a lot of shade for saying this but i absolutely love what mrunal thakur said. nepotism, i'm sorry, may have its roots of origin due to bollywood celebrities but its always been supported and promoted by the media and even us viewers. even if we're spreading pessimism about star kids we're still popularising them right? after all any kind of publicity is good publicity for them. i remember another celebrity even asking the audience what should their children do? should they not take the opportunity of making a career in what they want to with their parents' help? the film industry is not the only place where nepotism takes place. it happens literally everywhere. idk why we make such a big deal of it in this case. have we ever reprimanded big time industrialists for handing over their businesses to their children? no right? so why the hypocrisy here. star kids may have the privilege of being introduced on a huge platform but at the end of the day it's up to them to leave their mark on this industry.
side note- i completely love how rational your videos are and how you interact with your viewers via the comment section.

I have always said that the main thing holding back the hindi cinema is the audience itself. We talk about and often complain that why Hollywood is ages ahead of us in this modern day & age. The answer is, because artists there can experiment and come up with new roles and genres and that often lead to masterpieces. Majority of the Indian audience, unfortunately, only goes to cinemas for - actors, nudity, abusive language, and action. Once the audience starts caring about things like plot & performances, we'll start catching up to Hollywood too.

I truly enjoyed Vikram Veda because I had not seen the original. I liked Hrithik’s performance a lot because I was not comparing it with the original. People who have seen the original might not like the remake. I feel - because people have the access to originals, dubbed versions so they prefer the original over the remake - which is fair. This shows that even if the actors have put in their best, the audience is not applauding them for their efforts because it ends up being compared or treated as an inferior copy of the original actors (which may or may not be true at times). Without taking away anything from the original material, let us not forget that people put in a lot of efforts and energy to make the remake as well. Vikram Veda did NOT feel like a half hearted attempt banking on the success of the original.

Really love the grace with which Sunny Leone handles the barrage of inappropriate questions that come her way. She's respectful (something that the other side always isn't) but is still able to hold her ground.
Also, don't get why Vikram Vedha failed or that Hritik is doubting his choice. It was one of his best works imo. The movie itself was an engaging watch.

Wow. Sunny Leone shows you how to not take things personally! In a world where people get offended for silly things, she just lets that sleazy and crass comment slip by. It's very tough but she shows her class and presence of mind. V impressive.
