I went to almost all the people who are not able to bring my leg forward when doing Surya Namaskara. But after following this simple Technic I am able to bring forward my leg. Now the only thing that is left is How should I touch my feet to the floor. Because I am too obesity. I have so much belly fat. I have to get rid off this belly fat to get into flexible position. Hello. I always have a doubt in surya namaskar. If we have left leg forward in the first steps, while finishing we should being left leg forward and finish or right leg forward to finish. Can u pls clarify. This video has helped me to bring forward as u mentioned.
Bhujangasana should help in back pain and I think you should life your body till the chest in the begining and going forward you can increase the stretch also do child posture after bhujangasana 😊🙏

Good tip 👍 any tips to get the knees to straighten during postures, eg mountain pose. After watching many of your videos, I realize they are never straight in any posture for me 🤔
If u keep a model of little heavy built and demonstrate.... we will understand in more details of the postures.... and our common mistake and shortfalls....just a suggestion... because for younger fit ppl there are many ,but for ppl like me ...it will be very encouraging.thank u for reading

Hi wrist pain maybe because of that weak wrist and you should focus a bit on strengthening your wrist. also use this trick always keep your palm wide, fingers open slightly, keep your fingers bent a little try to grab the floor while you’re practising on your palm, by doing this you will avoid a lot of stress on your wrist. Take it easy take enough breaks in between and then continue practice all the Best if you still find any difficulties please do come back here and write your problems. thank you😊🙏
