If you trying to regulate your nervous system please be careful of fast paced things, the raise your cortisol and put you in function freeze, i learnt the hard way also practice slow slow breathing those that you can't feel.. Refrain from this that require lot of strength untin you heal your cortisol
This is an important conversation to be had for sure ❤ However, I would say that it's a bit more nuanced and I would not necessarily tell all dysregulated people to avoid higher intensity movement. For some, it might work wonders. Sometimes, the energy just needs an outlet and for the pressure valve to release. It can actually be very counter productive for example for people living with anxiety to only focus on super calming practices. But again, case by case, everyone is different, try it, see how it feels, and stick to what works for you 🥰 I'm really glad you've found what does the trick for you!
@@manumitevova I just want to clarify, I do your somatic hip open and tension, anxiety, stress and anger release they have changed my life and I want to thank you for that truly you amazing, i have shared it with my freinds and they were so helped by them and utilize them everyday as me , if it came in a generalization way, pardon me, you telling the truth some it works, for some it strains the body, healing is a learning experience, i had to do it to know what works for my body and not. I been trying TRE as well.. Thank you for using your light to be the difference that makes the difference, you thaught me a lot about emotions and moving energy. You appreciated and loved ♥️♥️♥️💐
