I started yawing while following this routine though not really sleepy, what does this indicate?
This is a wonderful sign that you are releasing stuckness from the body 🙌❤I yawn when I do my self-practice all the time, and so do lots and lots of my students. It's actually a natural way to activate your parasympathetic nervous system- so you start getting out of your fight or flight mode and into rest and digest. And it's a beautiful way your body naturally starts to move energy throughout 🥰

Wow this is exactly what I needed, the acupressure almost made me pass out my jaw has been so stressed. I also noticed my posture is so hunched normally that it took quite a lot of muscle to sit up and open my torso

Is it normal that I felt dizzy during this? I had to stop and lie down, scared me 👀
Dizzy is ok, and you did amazing for stopping and taking a break ❤️ Anxious energy is a trickster, and it can be overwhelming for some when you start moving with it. The purpose of this practice is to enter into that surge of energy so it can cleanly move out the body, BUT sometimes that can feel momentarily unsettling. Especially if we're not used to tapping into that energy and we often push anxiety down (or if our anxiety was often invalidated by others). So know dizziness is ok. It's likely a part of the process for your nervous system to shift. If it happens again- deep deep breaths, you're ok, your energy is powerful! I really like to smile in moments like these and even when I feel funky, I am so proud of feeling the strength of my own emotions. You've got this my love 🥰

Felt like it made me more anxious, anyone else?
I think the goal is kinda activate the anxiety, let it move through your body and then release. Experiencing emotions
Interesting experience and it's absolutely valid ❤ Some people don't react very well to any kind of more active movement when they're anxious. That's ok. It's important to know what your personal way of dealing with anxiety is. And you find out by trial and error 🥰For some nervous systems, anxiety requires absolute stillness, so I invite you to try something like a body scan meditation when you feel a surge of anxious energy rising. Maybe that's the way to go for you 🤗
