Thanks mate, what parts are you sanding inside? Cabin sole? Cabinetry? I did a video ages ago on rebuilding the raw water pump and another on removal and cleaning of the heat exchanger.Maybe they might help?

Hello. Just removed my bow sprit, Down Easter 38 ketch ‘75. Looks like it’s a bit soft and it’s already been scarfed at the outer end a bit. What wood did you use for your new one? ‘might have to replace all of mine. Thanks for the video! G

I used two pieces of Oregon (American's call it Douglas Fir I believe) They were old beams from within a 70 year old house.
