- 100g Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- Lemon
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/8 Cup Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1/4 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes
(350°F / 175°C)

- 1/2 Cup Icing or Powder Sugar
- 1 tsp Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
