- John Mahon and I interview Lester Miller, the owner of MillerTech, to get to know him a little bit better and get more familiar with where MillerTech came from and what we can expect from them in the future. We respected Lester's wishes to not be shown on video and fought through some audio gremlins but hopefully the content of the interview is interesting and informative. Stay tuned for future interviews with interesting people in the world of solar and batteries! #millertech #lithiumbatteries #amish

I have 2 Miller Tech lithium iron phosphate 100 AH batteries purchased through LDS Reliance. So far a solid product from an American company with actual customer service support!
Awesome! Glad you had a good experience. Thanks for all your support.

You are welcome. Thanks for watching, David!
I'd like to send a question or two directly to Lester, would he be ok linking a direct email? Thx!
There seems to be a lack of good current step up and down transformers. Also a good selection of 12v pumps, motors, etc. Something for Millertech to consider.
Can you be more specific? Email me at ldsreliance@gmail.com.
how about a 36V 80AH battery grade A for us bass-fishermen? :D
I would think that having electrical engineers on staff would be a necessity to avoid "getting off in the weeds." Granted, the Amish have a good reputation of honesty, but it takes more than honesty to stay out of trouble with technology that can be dangerous when someone isn't really technically educated about what they are doing.
Well that is why they get CE and UL and UN tested so that they are proven to be safe for consumers and for shipping. But I agree with you in general. I plan to have one on my staff just as soon as humanly possible, given the finances of such a commitment.
Well there was literally No introduction as to who your guest was or the subject matter. You, the interviewer, should explain who he is what he does how you know him. Build him up prior to starting to ask questions to make it clear what the subject matter will be.
Sorry, we are new at this. We will improve.
@@LDSreliance I thought it was all pretty good, Thx!
