They were certainly the prettiest race in Morrowind. A good way to avoid the uncanny valley and start the game with the ability to jump more than one centimeter into the air.. Making them speak in Skyrim must have been a job and a half. The kitty kat is talking to you.
I find the sea elves to be the most fascinating race because of just how much remains unknown about them. I really hope in ES6 they are fleshed out more and even have it so a dlc touches upon the sea elves ongoing war with high elves.

There's more to it, but there are more current videos on the mane and how that works if anyone's curious. Great video!
6:05 This pic brought my mind straight to Kung Fu Panda for some reason 😂. I always pictured the Khajiit as styled more after ancient Egypt than historical Japan. Felt the Japanese style was always associated with Akavir. Also imagined Argonians as Aztec for some reason. Love seeing all the different artwork regardless.

An annoyed Alfiq: "This one can talk just fine, thank you. Just because you fail to say anything worth responding to does not mean this one lacks the ability to speak." (Great video.)
I'm in the beginning of my first Khajiit play through on the Xbox one X, and it's a blast so far! I'm using mods such as the one that overhauls the dialogue to that of a Khajiit's, Wildcat combat, Vivid Weathers (with the interior/exterior night on dark), Imperious, OBIS, populated series, patrols, better/more rare treasures+loot, etc. It's my first attempt at carefully crafting a game changing load order. Still some kinks, but 85% there! Super fun. The dark interiors/dark nights makes the Night Eye power super useful -- makes you actually use it. I have myself + four Khajiit followers roaming Skyrim, collecting artifacts and selling them to the caravans. For RP purposes, your character (or my character, Ahjisi Qa'jhirr lol) is a Khajiit that travelled with the Caravans from the forests of Elswyr (thanks to the Alternative start mod), up to Skyrim. When arriving in Skyrim, the caravan sends you out on your own. Gather every Khajiit follower in the game (plus Inigo/Ra'ksa [he's from a settlement mod], maybe more? More = less challenge) and suffer through the beginning on legendary until you get a follower. Stealth is key unless you want to die with one hit every time (I usually go for Inigo). Venture out with the goal of procuring powerful artifacts and valuabe treasures to sustain the caravan's lucrative valuables market. It's war time, might as well sell the good stuff and make a killing! The land of Skyrim is very populated, civil war feels alive, more powerful enemies. The world does things around you, it's not stale. The forests hold their own dangers, as do the roads. Your group is key to how you approach scenarios. I'm still perfecting the load order/mods (I keep running into the problem of having nearly 5 gb of mods with 40mb available, but it'll tell me no space to download a 15 mb mod... I'm not ready to wipe it again!), but I'm only level 8. If I can progress the story lines and get to at least level 30 I can see what needs to be fixed.. Get a feel for it lol.

Something I've recently become sure of and find quite funny is that the Khajiit religion is utter bs. For one, their beliefs differ utterly from that of the majority of the races of Tamriel, in a way that simply has no justification that I can find. An example of a justifiable case of the same thing being that the Yokudans and modern Redguards worship(ped) a pantheon of surviving Et'Ada from a previous Kalpa cycle, with that fact justifying their strangely differing religion. And while either reading books in Morrowind or reading books from Morrowind on of the wikis, I found something mentioning and/or implying that the Khajiiti religion is a relatively recent construct, only being a few thousand years old, though many of their remaining customs are far older. I believe the book was called Varieties Of Faith In The Empire
This very thing actually took place in the official Elder Scrolls Book the Infernal City by Gregory Keyes, a fantastic read! And it definitely gives a lot of lore surrounding Khajiit.
Perhaps the reason why no 2 Manes have ever coexisted is due to how long it takes for Masser & Secunda to perfectly line up (like an ultra-mega-supermoon), & that time interval just so happens to be longer than any Kajjiit's lifespan?
1. so an Ohmes Looks a Little bit like bosmer? i mean whats about the tail? doesn't anyone notice that he has a tail? 2. nothing is known about the Tojay (-Rath), because These guys lives in the jungles of Elsweyr??? so that means, when a little khajiit is born it is a cat and with the time it rise big enough that everybody can see what kind of khajiit he or she really is, then it is abandoned in the jungle ??? 3. The Alfiq have enough intellect to learn and understand languages, but there incapable to responding.good that they able to learn magic, so they are not completely useless. 4. Senche-Rath is a very big battlecat, but this here 28:31 is way too big (but maybe the guy at the front of the picture is one of those ominous Tojay, greetings Shoodycast)
1. Unlike the ohmes-raht, ohmes dont have a noticeable tail, if they have one at all. Until we can see a modern day depiction of them we won't know for certain, though if they do have a tiny tail they could just hide it in their pants. 2. The khajiit likely know of the Tojay, but other races of Nirn don't, similar to how much of black Marsh is kept secret by the argonians. 3. Originally only Khajiit could understand the alfiq, so alfiq could still communicate, just not to other races. This has been retconned though given how we can talk to them in ESO. 4. Senche-Rahts we also retconned. Originally they were described as the size of mammoths, however in ESO they were made much smaller. They're still giant don't get me wrong, theyre bigger than a European and American lion combined, but they arent the size of a mammoth.
@@TeamJella Thx I accept everything you wrote to me, although I would think it would be better if the games from TES had more depth, at oblivion I was very annoyed that there were no small children or fields with farmers. Everything was presented so beautifully but the cities were basically dead areas and the villages were not villages. There were kids and families in Skyrim, but it wasn't real either.
One correction, Jode is not solely responsible for the form Khajiit take, but the two moons together. Jode seems to effect size and Jone the bestiality of their form. The two moons together through the lattice along with the third hidden moon control the forms all Khajiit are born.

Excellent choice of intro music. I am imagining cat videos now.
25:55 my favorite Kind of Khajiit Warrior. 😺⚔️🐆
1. so an Ohmes Looks a Little bit like bosmer? i mean whats about the tail? doesn't anyone notice that he has a tail? 2. nothing is known about the Tojay (-Rath), because These guys lives in the jungles of Elsweyr??? so that means, when a little khajiit is born it is a cat and with the time it rise big enough that everybody can see what kind of khajiit he or she really is, then it is abandoned in the jungle ???

Thx I accept everything you wrote to me, although I would think it would be better if the games from TES had more depth, at oblivion I was very annoyed that there were no small children or fields with farmers. Everything was presented so beautifully but the cities were basically dead areas and the villages were not villages. There were kids and families in Skyrim, but it wasn't real either.
That explains why khajiit say, may you walk on warm sand as a parting
One correction, Jode is not solely responsible for the form Khajiit take, but the two moons together. Jode seems to effect size and Jone the bestiality of their form. The two moons together through the lattice along with the third hidden moon control the forms all Khajiit are born.
With my favorite races being covered (I've already seen your videos covering the Bretons and the Bosmer), and with the great presentation, you earned another subscriber. o:
Edit: Although, I personally love the Khajiit more than the other two I mentioned-
Enthralling lore. Love this video
Omg those fox stlye ones, soo cool! What happened to them?
Died out to disease.

honestly i love khajiit there personality are very interesting and the way they talk is funny yet interesting.
