About milk. Which milk? A1 or A2? Cow or buffalo? What about pesticide nd hormones in milk. What about growth factor present in milk? What about gut microbiota in milk feeding. What is benifit of milk?
I know milk causes auto allergy nd cause of all metabolic disorder. When it is fermented , most problems r reduced, not eliminated. Milk is for her child , not for humans. No muni rishi avtars took milk, they used makhan, not milk. You can get milk benifits from other veg sourses. What about lactase in regards to age?
