Hi. I'm getting this brand of builder gel today. I have never done this before. Is it easy to apply? Do I brush it on like gel polish or float it all over the nail? Love your video. Thank you for sharing.
I love it. But i jus cant figure out why it peels off. For me. I use the no wipe top coat but the polish is same brand bit doesnt say no wipe i wonder if its no curing properly when i cure it is sticky. I dont use base could that b it?
I just tried this for the first time last night. My goal was to strengthen the nails and have an overlay because some of them have been peeling. Application was easy. The instructions didn't mention using alcohol to wipe off the sticky residue after curing but I found comments online suggesting that. I bought a bottle of Aimeili gel matte top coat along with it but didn't try it because I was planning on using plain polish on top (I like to swap out colors about twice per week). I like the product and the price on Amazon was pretty affordable.
Do you prefer this one over the one from thegelbottle? What is your favourite builder in a bottle? I’m a beginner and I want to try it out but I don’t know from which brand I want to buy...
Hey! Love your video, your nails look really pretty :) Can you remove just the gel colour coat and change colours? Or do you have to remove the entire builder base?
Hey! Thanks so much ☺ You sure can just file off the colour layer, buff, wipe with cleanser/acetone then you would need to infill the builder gel so you don't have a gap at the cuticle & then apply your new colour and top coat! Hope that helps & be sure to Subscribe if you haven't already! 😍💜

You’re so welcome 💕 I haven’t tried myself but I imagine builder gel would work well aslong as it is a builder base and can be applied directly to the nail 😊
When using builder gel after you build the nail is it because its a tacky surface that u don't have to do anything to prep the surface of the artificial nail u just make before applying gel polish. I have a bunch of gel polish but a different brand than my builder gel. Can I just go over it like you did here with any gel polish ?
if your application is smooth i don't find there's any need to wipe or refine the surface. If i was applying a different brand of gel colour over builder gel i would wipe the inhibition layer first 💜
Is this good for really thin, brittle nails? My goal is to have a hard enough base so they won’t rip. I have been using powder but wanted to switch to gel to give it a try. I’m just worried this won’t be hard enough?
The builder gel is nice and strong but it can sometimes be trial and error with applying gel on brittle nails particularly if they are flakey - I haven’t tried it on this nail type but would definitely give it a go! 💜
Can you put regular polish, not gel, overtop of builder? And if so would you seal in the builder with gel topcoat prior to painting with regular polish?
Hey it’s me again forgot to say something else on my previous comment 😬 I read somewhere that the aimeli builder gel is good to use it as glue for press on nails ?
I haven't tried this but i guess it would be similar to other soft gel extension systems where the tip is cured to the nail with gel rather than stuck with glue! 💜
Hey , I’ve just recently commented on another video and you suggested me to look at this brand , well I have and I keep coming across a builder gel whats AIMELI what makes you have nails a bit similar to Poly Gel and make you have nails what look acrylics but it’s inside a nail varnish bottle , could you just use this on top of your natural nail so it’s stronger and lasts longer and I’ve recently found this brand called Saivland builder gel kit and TOMICCA builder gel kit , is this BIAB or would you just suggested AIMELI Builder gel ? Also I’ve seen bad reviews mainly on TOMICCA brand on Amazon .Sorry for a lot of questions I’m rather new and paying to get BIAB done every few weeks is starting to cost a fortune so I would rather start doing it my self :)

Hey, i only ever buff if i feel the base layer isnt smooth, otherwise i like to leave the tacky layer for the colour to stick to 😊

You sure can! I would apply top coat over the builder gel then if you want to remove the regular polish your builder will be sealed in 😀

Thats right! 2 layers of builder gel for strength, 2 layers of colour for pigmentation and a top coat to seal everything in! 💜
