I remember watching you years ago when I first started out boxing I watched you’re videos before I went training to try and Improve to impress my coaches you helped me alot
To give a preface ahead of time, I'm not a boxer, I did boxing for 2 months, judo for 4, and currently karate for about 8. I really love sparring, it's my favorite thing. I would like to request a video for advice with sparring. I'm confident with my defense and parries and head movement, but I never know when is a good time to move from backing up to pushing forward. I never know when to go in, when to get aggressive, or when to transition from defense to offense. I can defend well, but nobody can block and dodge everything, it's just not possible, and while I throw some counters or some hits back they're half-hearted until I think the person is getting tired or is getting lazy and wouldn't expect a quick hook or combination. Would you please consider a video for improving aggression or offense, or go over ways to practice developing an offense, how to judge when to be offensive, things like that? I appreciate it!
Hi,, You’ve probably tried this already by now. But you and your sparring partner you work on certain drills . . For example You attack with any 2 or 3 punch combo then your partner has to counter with any combo or even a single shot. So then you know he’s going to counter but what it does is help you get familiar countering and also helps you prapare attacks but then having to defend straight away.
Hey coach this could be a low view video idea, but could you please make a video on how to analyse a boxing fight, not as a judge, but as a student of the game ? What to see and where to see ? How do pro boxers analyse their opponents ?
@@expertboxing thank you so much, I don't like sparring cause I have CTE already its cause like even my jab is really really hard and I don't want to hurt my sparring partners and I also don't like getting hit so it's like weird idk.
Did not say how to transfer. He said a training plan for all boxers regardless. I train my amateur boxers like pros and they are winning their matches.
Sprinting for 3 minutes straight is seeming like the golden ticket for my stamina problems. Appreciate it.
That ain't shit
@@k-dogg9086 I'm not talking about a single round of sprinting.
@@skully366 oh. Ok

You were 6-0 with 5 ko. Why leave?
What boxing glove should I get with good durability, and good wrist support. And I have a range of 120 dollars
there’s a huge glove review on my site
@@expertboxing there’s only like 5 gloves and many out of my price range
Then pick the cheaper ones from the low-budget list.
