But as I had tried many recipes and they all turn out super yummy, tried this yesterday and have made this 3-4 times since lol. The best part is that it has only 2-3 steps; but each step has to be very precise. Every time I have a half cut onion, I make this. A tip: buy a mandolin slicer, if you don’t have one already, do not cut the root side of the onion - use to have grip on the onion and slice the onion. Cut the slices into half. The whole process of bhajji now takes only 5-10 minutes. And I am biggest fan of onion bhajjis. So, thanks chef for this crispy yummy recipe!!!
