All Enemies Ranked from Worst to Best Streets of Rage 4

- My personal ranking of all the streets of rage 4 enemies. If you have anything you would like to share please put it in the comments would love to hear what you think. If there is any info like moves I or functions I missed also put it in the comments, I felt as if there are some things I for sure missed

Most annoying enemies in my opinion;
1. Biker chicks with their off screen charge attack BS
2. Dive kicking chicks that change lanes mid-air.
3. Molotov throwing female punks.
4. Tazer Cops that can grab you out of specials and mid-air
5. Knife Glasias.
1. If you have headphones you might want to equip them whenever you play on that stage
2. Yeah I have nothing for those other than always doing your defensive special
3. Unless you're playing Shiva, you can grab the flasks mid-air and throw them back
4. Just memorize where they come from and before the appear on-screen you can do your offensive special
5. If you're playing from Easy - Hard, then you can do deffensive special when you're surrounded or just do down-jump attack into deffensive special or blitz attack
But if you're playing on Hardest - Mania
Just pray to God and try your best to not lose all your lives

Especially as a Shiva main....I cannot tell you how many times I felt like yeeting my controller across the room

Knife Galsias aren't a problem at all if you play with Floyd.
Nice list but I disagree in some areas. There are differences in the signals, the red and blue variants throw you faster with a lower trajectory, decreasing reaction time, and Barney (taser cop) imo is one of the worst enemies especially in groups. Good vid though, subbed.
Thanks for the info on the Signals! I never caught that when playing the game. As for the black cops yes they are a pain in the ass. I find targeting them over anything can shut them down entirely. Doing that makes the parts there in a whole lot easier too.

And the fat karate dudes are NOT easier than Galsias and Gun shooters 😅
Seeing as how you also play Shiva, i feel like you can relate to the terror of the damn elevator from Stage 9 on Mania
And as for the dojo part of Stage 6, I personally dont struggle much againts the Galsias as much as I do with the Donovans who will hit you AS SOON as you stop attacking
Do you mean stage 9 where at the end you fight the big bens? That part gets me as well as the end of stage 10 near the wrecking ball

And as for the actual stage 10, i tend to maintain Koobo on an infinite until the Donovans arrive, where I spam kick the wrecking ball

@@mr.k3221 You normally can't play as him, he's still in the files under playable characters and you can simply replace Shiva 3's sprites with Shiva 2's sprites and thus make him "playable"
Cop and Goro are a bit low on this list. Cop has a dash attack that gets me even when I know it's coming. Goro is not bad once you know that you just need to grab him, but the timing is a little specific and if you're off, he'll punch you across the screen.
Urquan Seven I’ve found that prioritizing dashing cops always helps a lot. Especially when it comes to the black cops. Jump kick them a lot and taking them out first always seems to work. As for goros, they are very annoying, but only encounters twice and rely on 1 gimmick, while the other enemies are encounters more and can be much more of a problem. Sometimes you can use the Parry against them and they’ll damage other enemies

Btwist Gaming - in the Streets of Rage I don’t blame you one bit. I first played this game with my family and we didn’t have a clue on how to deal with him at first
Great video! As far as the cop enemy, it took some time for me to think about but the cop enemies are one of the easiest to deal with. The taser cop gives me problems when I’m using Floyd but I’ve learned to deal with him using the blitz attack and well timed air attack. On Mania, Ravens annoy me so much especially when they get close and do the 3 kick combo. On Mania, they broke my combo strings a lot when I was first playing on Mania. Same with the yellow Galsias too.
With the two Koobo solo mania he's a nightmare
Red galsia in survival mode are massively OP! 1 punch = half a lifebar
This was fun watch. Donovan is a nightmare. Z I should say. I always struggle with the goros after the bathhouse . I most of the time, loose a life there. I also hate signals in mania. They move in between your punches.,lol. They are that fast

Almost all enemies are annoying for me. Some of them has armor, some are stronger, the yellow fat guy can fucking fly to you, the biker, the biker chicks can headbut you from the ede of the tv screen to the other. But as you learn how dodge and deal each one of them, i begin to enjoy this game.
I love SOR4.
I Use Blaze's flip kick move to take out the jumping girls and it takes them down every time
i do wish a few more enemies were smarter
You should rank the signals higher, because they can grab you THROUGH walls and throw you (dock stage).
totally agree.
Goro is ez for me. On stage6 i would position my self for a while until both goros are in the corner, then i wait for them to finish their parry animation and i get a full combo

Entertaining Video, agree Donovan is trash, worst enemy, worse than the bosses, except max. Max is as garbage as Donovan.
Dylan and Garnet on the other hand does not bother me that much.
Garnet /Diamond are my favorite enemy type, they are fun.
My top 3 of most annoying would be, Donovan, Signal, Raven, and the whiped Gaaalsiiiaaaaaa! none of them deserves a single hit they land, it always feels cheap and undeserved.
Max is easy. Just admit you have poor focus lol.
There are a lot of differences between the variances as many as pointed out as this is old and has been patched several times. Flaming Big Ben is a lot easier now that they removed his armor during fire.

If I were a Streets of Rage 4 character, I'd be one of the medium ones.
Disagree with most of this list. The fact you have the shitty Galsia's ranked so high is a friggin joke they belong at the bottom with the cops. Raven kickboxers are by far the most annoying enemies along with Donovan.
You're still wrong. Galsia is scary as soon as you lose his location. The Kickboxers are hella easy and Donovan is not that bad.

@@DooDoo756-w5e Lol Doesn't make me "wrong'' just because my opinion differs from yours but whatever dude. Also how do you lose his location? You can say that about any enemy in the game if you lose their location they become more dangerous especially the kickboxers.
I have to disagree with some of the placements.
The easiest enemy is Lou followed by Galsia then the guys in suit.
You shouldn't place Karate below majority of the people on the list.

8. Dick ( Being AFK can ruin combos at times )

What about upgraded blonde galsias?
I would add them, but they only appear in the boss fight with Nora. They act more as a entity for a boss rather than a actual enemy throughout the game
Donovan types are so hard. They look like me. Lol
The kickboxers. My absolute worst. Numerous. They constantly attack. They tend to have more reach. Some characters cannot cancel their triple kick. And the kick is ONE FRAME.
They can be cheesed, but when you have a bunch of them or other enemies in the way, they are a plague! Z Donovan would be up there but he's rare yet absolutely OP.
Its Muay Thai fighters. ^_-
In my ipinion the most annoying enimies are

2 Francic the guy with yellow clothes and jump kickes you
3 the jumper girls

i cant stand diamond aka ruby, shes the most annoying enemy to deal with cause she got that annoying ass drop kick plus that frame trap slap, and if you're new a pit, oh she will knock you in there, so i quickly try to take her out quickly
I find the shield cops and the biker chicks the easiest in the game if you know the I frames during the squat animation they literally cant hurt you

What is that hack at the beginning with SOR2 Shiva? How can i play it?
Jamie it’s a sprite mod. You’ll have to download the SOR 4 explorer. Then download the sprites on Game banana. Follow the instructions for the explorer and drag and drop the SOR 2 sprites and it should work

Jamie should be the same thing just with their sprites

BT is Galsia. Galsia is the original name
