if your past the salt/pepper/garlic powder phase of spices, I recommend trying a new spice every month! Some good starters are Cumin, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, and Thyme!
I find that healthy eating only gets expensive when you buy the processed food -- vegan butter, sauces, etc. During college I was shopping at Whole Foods for myself for $45 / week! Just didn't get a bunch of snacks and sauces I also make my boyfriend put his unhealthy snacks where I literally can't reach them !

Your body will tell you, though they are some black and white healthy guidelines a lot of it is gray because we are so different. If you enjoy dairy and see no negative effects from it then eat it, if you don't enjoy it or your body feels like crap after then don't eat it. You can only eat like you and what works for you.

Takes time, and try more strength training not just cardio, be gentle with your body, it’ll happen
