Hello I'm M19 and about an year ago my life was out of control and so many things were happening that I started to eat the half of what I usually eat and in about a month I lost a approx 5-7 kgs of weight because of it and then I got jaundice which lasted about a month more in which I again lost around 7kgs of my weight, at that time I went from 65-67kg to around 53kg, I recoverd and started eating better but not how I used to, after a few I time I started facing an increase in hair fall, Stress was always there from the start which can also be a factor, I didn't pay much attention at first then I went to a different city for college and my diet became poorer, I used to workout but didn't get enough Protein too, and over the last year I have lost a lot of hair, my hair lins is still there, it's not too noticeable to say if I lost hair but it definitely is when I run hands through them , decrease in density, decrease in volume and what not. I did some research I feel like it's telogen efflivium, but I don't know for sure, There is a friend of mine who exactly my age and faced male pattern baldness and lost his hair, I am afraid if that's the case with me, besides my had also faced male pattern baldness and lost his hair, how should I confirm what it exactly is and will this rosemary and peppermint massage help me with it? Is it normal to get a headache within just a few minutes of massaging the scalp? This always happens to me, even though I use gentle pressure. It’s been this way only for the last 3 years. I haven’t massaged my scalp in over 6 months, and after doing it again just now for exactly 3 minutes, a headache came on. I don’t get a headache when receiving a massage anywhere else. Is this normal with some patients?

    • @dorime3031

it has happened to me a few times, the most common cause is dehydration so make sure you are hydrated before the massage. Be gentle, i use a massage gun so sometimes I put it on high speed, it feels great during the massage but after that it may cause headache. Finally if you are using any essential oil then either try to use a different oil or don't directly apply the oil to scalp but mix it with carrier oil first. Hope that helps.

This looks rather misleading. You should probably tell viewers that the essential oils have already been infused with a carrier oil, because most essential oils come in a container that looks exactly like that one.
They may confuse concentrated essential oils with oils that are already (or have previously been) infused with a carrier oil. Most essential oils are bought concentrated (similar to the bottle shone in the video) and do not contain carrier oils. There are a few different kinds of carrier oils including (but not limited too) castor or black castor oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil, avocado oil, sunflower oil, macadamia oil, argan oil or olive oil. The more oils you can incorporate the better type results may actually be.
However these essential oils work wonders as well:
Rosemary, lemon grass, tea tree, green tea, sage, turmeric, mint, peppermint, as well as birch.
They are all fantastic for regrowth. Like the video said just make sure that you infuse the essential oils with a carrier oil.

  • @TheHaratashi

Whoaa - DO NOT use essential oils directly like that. Only use a couple of drops mixed in a lot of carrier oil like olive oil etc, then use it.

This video can be very confusing to an ignorant person…you start off explaining to use this with a carrier oil but in the demonstration you’re putting the essential oil directly on the scalp…🤔

What a huge disservice to all by applying essential oil to the scalp directly all while saying to use a carrier oil.
