I own the Lion and , when I bought it, I thought I would be using the drive a lot. While the drive sounds great, it's limiting when you want to switch between clean and dirt in a song. So, I use it mostly the way you do. I'm very happy with it. Thanks for the video. now I know I'm not alone. lol.
I mean, the presets are great, you can set your live setting clean and use an overdriven preset, it can get a smooth distortion, fuzzy distortion, whatever. A pedalboard definitely gives you more flexibility though. It is a great amp pedal that's for sure.
Hi Jeffery, thanks for the video, great tones! I see that you are using a preset on the Lion. Is it one of the UA presets from the app, or did you make your own preset? If so, what settings do you use for your les paul clean tone? Thanks!
Nice ya it sounds great. If there is any downside compared to line 6 is it doesn’t have effect and stuff so you have to integrate it into a board of some sort…
Super nice tones and great playing!!!
Thanx mate!

Ya it’s a trade off. The tone I feel is better than the all in one units but then you have to add effects around it…

You need to roll the volume on the guitar down
@@jacobansari808 ya I should have demo that. I do do that a lot…
@@JefferyJMarshall I ve noticed when I change from 1 preset to another
Is there certain latency right on lion right??
I didnt notice much latency although all of the modelers seem to have a tiny bit imo

I made my own cleanish sound and stored it as a preset that way it would always be the same when I fire up the pedal…
Line6 still doesn't offer a Super Bass and this does, so it's on my list 😉
