Love this video, but it isn't very helpful for someone who's a year 3 student in university, trying to learn how to render a model. The video is so fast and I'm not familiar with most commands you used. I would say this is more of a video showing how you render, but not exactly a tutorial that helps me learn how to render (if that makes sense to you) But then again this is me trying to learn how to render for the first time
Typically I recommend just photoshopping entourage in. same thing with store signage if you have a base photograph like I had one here. BUT if you don't have a base photograph or cannot go to the site to get one, then you should (and I recommend this) you should model everything in rhino. It will be quicker!
Hey, I plan on starting Uni this fall and I'll hopefully study architecture. I was just wondering if using blender as a final render is possible cause it's the software I'm most familiar with and accustomed to.
@@UnravelingArchitecture I see, I also know that you can render scenes with vray on blender itself natively with a plug-in. But, I guess I'll have to ask my teachers about it's viability. It's a shame tho I really do like blenders workflow. :(
Don't give up your hope man i use blender for rendering just long process of relocating vertices becouse blender is not accurate so for starters you can try autocad dxf export and making faces in blender.
In your rhino model, did you actually model in the road markings? ive been researching trying to figure out how to make a custom road texture to get the markings accurate for renders but ive come to the conclusion that really the only way to have full control on replicating existing site roads is to individually model each block/stripe of paint... pain.... but curious if you ever use those in your rendering process since it appears atleast in your tutorial that you just photocollage real site photos to get surrounding context
yes i did model the road markings in the studio site model. It might be more challenging to photoshop road markings. But in this render, i did not render the site model. The road markings were already there in the base photograph. So if you are able to go to the site and get all those details done from the photograph, you won't need to worry about modeling anything! If i didn't have the photograph, and had to render the site model too, I would definitely model everything in site as detailed as possible (to a certain degree) to save time later!
Most architecture students use Rhino and that allows you to render out your base images - you know? It's more challenging in my opinion to fake everything in photoshop actually because you do need that initial help with the rhino render, but I'll see if I can think of anything to heelp you out!
When are everyone’s final reviews? Or did you already have them?
In two weeks 😬🙈
Had them✨
Coming Tuesday -_-
Your renderings are actually amazing! I love the lighting in this one it looks sick!
Glad you like them! Thanks Imran!
You're very talented. I hope to see your Architectural creations, in the real world someday. Keep doing your thing. 😊
Thank you so much 😀
It's such a great video!!
Super helpful!
Would love to see a finals week prep video :)
Yay! Thank you!
super super helpful ♥️♥️!!!!!!!
I would love to see more like this video♥️!
btw I’m an architecture student from Egypt
Hi hi! how nice of you!! I hope to make more soon(:
Thanks for this, it's actually really helpful as this is what I'm focusing on next year at university!
Glad it was helpful!

only starting to learn rendering in year 3 uni? which uni is this
@@mochicat8464 I'm a year 2 architecture student and I agree with Ahmad
u r incredible 😍
The renders look great, next you should tackle very stylized more cartoony for lack of a better term renders.
I love stylized renders absolutely!
Please make a video about Rhino3D in architecture
Do you render all extra elements such as people and store signage from scratch? Or, do you incorporate/import outside models into the final rendering?

In school they really encourage using VRay or Luminon or Enscape or something compatible with Rhino 6

What computer do you use
I use a dell desktop! This desktop in particular amzn.to/3nhkkNu
what year are you??
Hi, how are you now? Have your post covid symptoms gone?
k this is useless if you don't know how to use rhino, maybe make a video if you haven't already just on photoshop
