I really wanted to experiment with different settings, and work on matching settings with the songs I'm covering. This is one of my all time favourite songs to play, and it's crazy how powerful this song can be! Please subscribe and share if you like what I'm doing!
All filming done by Zack Prestoe of Prestography. External drums audio recording and mixing done at REC studios in Sydney by Andrew Grant.
"White Light" from the 2012 release 'Get What You Give' by The Ghost Inside, released on Epitaph records. There is no copyright infringement intended with this cover.
Cheers!

Great cover man! Absolutely beauty of a location! What did the drums sound like out there?
Thank you dude, it was crazy to film there! The drums sounded ok out there, lots of natural reverb that echoed out over the water!
nice cover man, i reckon you should tighten up the top and bottom head of your snare though, lacks a bit of pop!
I have te same pearl vision kit:) is it the birch version? I have that one. Do you like the kit? Great playing!
Yep the birch! Yeah it's been a great punchy kit for everything from metal to funk and blues. Thanks for the support man!
Which Crash-Ride did you use to make this cover?
Btw Really nice work !
So epic haha
+Anthony Ghazel Thank you man :)

+James Swanson Drums Keep making videos man, you are awesome!!!
Will do Kyle, I've got heaps to put out this year! :)
Dude This is awesome ... how do you record drums with such clarity without a microphone?
He probably recorded in a studio and filmed outside then dubbed it.
Dude, amazing cover!
From what band is that shirt :) ?
Thank you man! The shirt is from a band called Vices from Sydney, Australia :)
Oh I have their cd, they are amazing!
How you record the audio dude?what kind of mic??and how,,i really love to know it..
The sounds great..
Mahendra Yogaswara Thanks! This was all recorded in REC Studios in Sydney by Andrew Grant who mic'd up the whole kit!
So this video was dubbing?not live record?
I recorded all the audio in the studio, and then I replayed everything when I filmed it without recording the audio, so the original studio audio I had recorded was placed over the top of this footage.
whats your kit?
I came here from absolutepunk.net. Nice video!
Thank you for checking it out!
How did you record the audio? Amazing
I recorded the audio in a studio with the kit properly mic'd up, and then took that external audio and placed it over the video, so the drums that you hear are all recorded separately and then I have replayed all the parts when filming the video :)
Pls tell me how do you record audio?????
Adrian Swifter I red it thanks anyway :D
and cover too
Thanks dude!
Where r u? Sick location so fuckin sick bro
Mmmm an that snare doe
Chris Ramlochan
Thanks heaps bro! This was filmed on a small little overhanging cliff out in Kurnell in Sydney!
You massively resemble Parker Cannon lol.
Salt air is really not good for drums !!!! :(
But good job ! :)
+Fred Derf (TSAKE) Haha I know. But it's alright for special occasions, once in a while :) Thank you Fred!
