I got the same electric pressure canner for my birthday this year. I have yet to use it, but am looking forward to it. I’m so very sorry for your loss, and pray for peace and healing over you. I find canning to be very therapeutic.❤

I know that if I can in this season, I will eat in the next season. ☺️ once you try the canner, I think you will really love it and it makes a great addition to the canning system, you already have in place. One thing that I particularly love about it is that it does not heat up the kitchen on these 100° days like my gas stove does.
