I'm sharing for my FB friends who saw a picture I posted of the newly remodeled bedroom. I was honored to be able to care for my ailing husband at home until his passing. After two years, I can finally be in the room for longer than a few minutes without being too emotional. I've set up a retreat space with some of my professional therapy equipment since I'm not currently working at caring for others. This gives me a retreat space to do some much needed self care.
