You understand that the implementation of a communist system won't result in you not having to work. It also won't result in you having more things to make yourself comfortable? In practice it works out quite the opposite. Refuse to work or underperform, that's now a problem of the government. Your lack of performance is tantamount to treason and you're not just fired, but an undesirable citizen. A problem the state must "solve". You can apply this model to every "problem" in a communist state and this is very much how they have been dealt with in actual communist states.
