I wanna know how much rest they got? The only time rest is mentioned is at 6:59 and it sounds like the coach says 80 minute rest, which is clearly not the case.

I run track and when coaches say 50 minute rest of 80 minute rest it usually means 1 minute rest at most.. it is just a way coaches say it...

We went snow skiing in New Mexico, since our Team colors are Green and this team is Red, everyone wanted our Green shirts and hats. hahahahha. Good times.
