You can scramble up some eggs and cook it like a pancake, then cut it up and put in your ramen. I love to top it with green onions.
I'm not a fan of the Old Bay seasoning. I bought some and used it a few times, but I couldn't deal so I put the can on the community table at my apartment complex. I couldn't throw it away as I hate wasting, and I know most people probably won't take something that is already open, but just in case I passed it on....times are tough for everyone so you never know

I loved sandwiches 🥪, but I don't eat them too often anymore. I use to have a breakfast sandwich everyday...so many carbs for me 😮 no bueno 😊

I've cut way down on my coffee intake too. I like the bad for me coffee creamer ☕ like International Delight. I've been getting the sugar free one's, but they don't taste as good ...oh well
The great value patties are the best tasting, i noticed lately they are a lot smaller. Even the turkey ones are decent to save calories.
Boiled eggs come out perfect in the IP, i don’t do any other way now.

Your meals look good and filling. I like boiled eggs, but don't eat them too often as I can only have 200 mg of cholesterol per day. I guess I'd rather eat my cholesterol through my meat...much more filling. 😊
