This video shares the 5 stretches that I do every day. 90:90 for the hips, couch stretch for tight quads and hip flexors. squat for the general lower body and ankles. hanging for the shoulders and elephant walks for the hamstrings. These aren't the only stretches I do but they're always in the mix!

Im 105 kg looking and feeling like a wodden block. I was training a lot of calistehnic in my life and gym workout recently but when i reached 30 years its started to getting small injuries when my body recovery system started slowing down or when i tried to make more volume of running cardio my weight was hurting my knees but...
I started doing your workouts 2 months daily right now and now im running every day 4/5 km and doing 2/3 tiems per week gym workout with heavy weights and im feeling like im 5 years younger and i lost around of 8 kg becouse i Can make dailly runings and even in the gym my deadlift, squat come to next level becouse of more stability done by your mobility program.

Loving the routine just one quick question. During the first glute stretches, when leaning over the left leg, i get a strange tension in my knee area that isn't present in my right side. Do you have any idea what could cause this?
I have a hard time stretching my hamstrings. I always feel it more, in a weird and uncomfortable way, in my calves. I even stretched them 3 minutes each on the stairs prior to the routine. Any other tips?

you can do butcher blocks or back bridge.
These appear to be static stretches. If you aren't making progress with static stretching is that the time to introduce weight assisted stretching?
only if you can achieve a good stretch with it. More load on a poorly angled position still is naff
I don’t the like the man but an Ido Portal routine from 2010 is still the backbone of every fitness UA-camr.

I watched this video yesterday..... Later in the day I was bent over picking up an item when I felt my lower back pain..... A year ago I had back spasms baaaad ....... Anyhoo I could barely walk I was in such pain.....so I laid down a bit which didn't make it much better .....today I thought I am gonna do toms "kneeling into a downward dog" technique......wellllllll I only did one stretching out almost flat then got up with NO pain as well as having the lower back pain being totally gone. I am going to have to do this at least twice daily.
Speaking of dogs .....that dog of Tom's is so entertaining how he or she lol did it's ball right under Tom was too funny.
