Yes, and my experience is that if I do it every day, sometimes
2 or 3 times a day, my body starts getting in the habit of relaxing more and more. I have years of practice holding stress, so my hope is that with this practice. Along the CBT and meditation, I can train my mind and body to have a lower stress set point.

To doubters, don't knock it until you've tried it. To those who have tried it and did not feel any benefits, it's just not for you. To those who are wondering, it cannot hurt to try. No damage will be done. If it's all placebo, who cares? If you feel better and benefit, it doesn't matter. You feel better and you benefitted. The mind-body connection is so powerful that something like 30 to 35% of healing can be attributed to placebo. And to those who just want to go negative based on no useful information, knock yourself out if that gives you the dopamine hit you crave.

The time is 5.15 pm. I have heard about EFT tapping just half an hour before, and I was searching for more about it on youtube. I am watching this video right now and following the instructions on how to do it. I remember I was suffering from a headache since I had my lunch in the afternoon. And it's gone..! no symptoms of headache. Wow.. It was a miracle. Thanks a lot..

Whenever they fall, I feel like it’s my fault, even when it’s just them being clumsy. This really helped me relax and remind myself that there’s no reason to be stressed. Thank you so much.
Sorry that was so long, I had to get it off my chest. Also can you make one for guilt?
