I just finished this meditation and feel better than I have in years after feeling so low just minutes before. I had success with tapping before but have gotten away from it. I now have the app and I will never stop tapping. Thank you just Isn't enough.

Wow I’ve never ever used tapping I’m currently experiencing peri menopause and I’ve never experienced such crippling anxiety and negative worrying thoughts, I came across this video by mistake and can’t believe how much it just calmed my anxious tummy down so much it’s been in knots for a while now I’m definitely going to get the app and keep trying this thanks so much ❤

Started tapping about a week ago and this has gotten me through some very hard days. Can you tap for back pain and anxiety together in the same session, or is it best to separate the two ? The anxiety is not from the back pain it’s a separate issue . Should the session be a certain amount of time and how many times per day?thank you for your videos .

You can tap for both in the same session, but we suggest trying both tapping on them individually and together to see what you feel is working better for you! ❤️ Tapping is a very safe practice, you can tap as much and as often as you'd like! We recommend tapping once a day to form the habit. We typically tap through a sequence 1-3 times, but it is a very intuitive practice, if you feel you need more keep tapping!
