Repaired VU meter, finally

Sony TC-K71 VI meter rebuild and repair. Open solder trace found from driver IC pin 17 to Q604 where it ran by the mounting notch. The glue they used in 1978 must have corroded the trace under the solder mask and opened it. Found when I scraped the bubbled up mask at that point
