I live in Afghanistan ( not the best country for women) but we use Castor oil a lot. I have a tree in my street( still a sand street) I take the seeds from the tree . I never wear make up ( I am an old woman now 63) , we use Surma for the eyes ( all natural) and we have natural clay . Twice a day a do massage and I look 43 . We never take out food , never drink alcohol, and don't use chemicals on hair, body and face. Now we have to work on the freedom for the women . I hope we'll succeed. Ofcourse there are women using chemicals and lots of make up in this country. But in my humble opinion it's better to use what God gives us in nature.

Because west still don't want to accept 5000 year old Ayurveda.
Much more detailed discussion is presented in ayurvedic books thousands of year ago.
One suggestion whenever you use caster oil externally, please use indirect heating to 37 to 42 is best Temperature.

Sorry but I’ve been hearing about it for 50 years. It has not been kept secret. But if your knowledge is just from MDs, you’ll soon discover they don’t know much other than crisis intervention. They are not taught about how to help us maintain our health. It’s not their fault, they’re not withholding info - they just don’t know and are not focused on prevention. Their focus is to get you better AFTER you get sick. They know nothing about how to keep you from getting sick in the first place. We have to do our own research. Glad you’ve found out about this. Keep following Dr Osborn and you’ll learn a lot😊

I have dissecting cellulitis of the scalp and hidradenitis suppurativa. I have large abscesses all over my body, including my scalp. I have antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Antibiotics don’t help, but you know what does? Every night i apply castor oil mixed with oregano oil and put a night cap on. It is very uncomfortable, but the next morning i wake up feeling refreshed and my infection has died down a bit. My case is severe, so its going to take a while until its fully gone. But i see results, me being able to sleep through the night is proof alone that this STUFF WORKS MAN

@ i did carnivore diet for a couple months, and now i make my own food at home and occasionally eat out. But i am always checking for ingredients, always. Unfortunately, its not just the gut. Every thing is a factor (shower water, diet, exercise, stress, clothes/perfumes, etc)

Stopped using liquid body washes 15 years ago, went back to bar soaps, Ivory and Dial zero fragrances minimal added ing. Started using castor oil for skin moisturizer and health 6 months ago....so much nicer knowing chemicals are not seeping into my system At 65 going back to basics is easy, it's how we grew up

I didn't have a good experience with that company. I ordered the wrap for the liver, and it was way too big and dug into my rib cage. And with the castor oil, I couldn't sleep at night with it on.
I tried to get my money back. And they were really quite rude and dismissive. They actually even wound up ghosting me, never resolving my issue.
You would think that a so-called well-known company and caring company would want to maintain a good reputation. Be willing to work with people. But apparently they don't. Have they been compassionate, professional come I might have been interested to purchase any of their other products in the place of that. But apparently, like I say, they don't really care about maintaining their customer base

dug ib? Huw? It's wrap with strings - too tight? I do not sleep with it as I'm sensitive. Sorry you had that experience. They've been great for clients and myself.

Castille soap, or simple basking soda(Bob's Redmill- reduced alum)and a dash real lemon..buuuuut I don't trust it, and I have mthfr mutations and can't afford re-tox with how ill I was -died and medical system left me for dead, and totally ptsd, so yeah no) so, I prioritize and spend on health.
