Had to google this match, so glad this happened in history, I am an Indian and say that if not for the British we would still be one country. I see my Pakistanani family and Bangladesh family as one large family. When you make people from all these nations stand together you cannot tell they are from different countries. I live abroad and I am so gald to have friends from both these nations and how similar we are
And that is the best decision which British ever took in the 200 hundred years of colonialism. I really thank them for that. As someone living in India, I wish u the best for your life abroad.

@Esther, that's a double-edged sword. I agree with the notion that the British exploited the differences to survive/rule as minority in India at that time. The perspective changes with Majoritarianism & Minoritariansm. When you are living abroad, you wanted to form the groups as minorities flock together, but it's not the same case when you are part of the majority.

🤩 Sri Lankan here! Sri Lanka won the 1996 world cup! Glad to see this historic moment happened in that world cup and the India- Pakistan solidarity to come over even when SL was going through a trying time is honestly a great thing 😍

This is one of the most unexpected video ,i saw recently and it really touched my heart .......coz being a female cricket fan i have come across these instances many time.....and everytime my arguments were ignored stating i am girl and i don't know abt cricket.I have grown up seeing my amma watching cricket enthusiastically whereas my appa least bothered abt it and the same spirit of amma might have made me a good cricket observer .For all chauvinist men there....don't be the same ..........but yet I am not failing to mention those men who respect the game and spirit of it irrespective of gender....THANKS FOR BRINGING JUST A LOVING AND AWESOME VIDEO...................

I love my father for all what he's done and aspired for us. I never saw him taking rest. He has always been working. On weekly offs he used to wake up earlier than usual and finish his work to enjoy rest of the day with us kids. It's never been twice we asked for something and we didn't have it. Not that we were rich but he used to shed sweat and blood for us.
Now I am a father of two and don't think I could ever be able to raplicate a fraction of what my fathet did for us. I alwasy pray for his long life.
