  • This video is a how to DIY guide to replace your OEM Low Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) with a aftermarket pump in your BMW F10. OF course this video is only relevant for those out there having problems with their pump or wanting to make more power as the stock pump will run out of steam once you start tuning your car.
I changed mine in an attempt to fix a random stalling issue but to no avail. Either way, at least now the car is future-roofed for whatever I'll throw at it.
This pump has a higher flow rate than the original BMW fuel pump with about 450l/hr. Apparently it's considered a stage II pump..
You will need to cut cables to hook up the new connector, just as a disclaimer.
All in all this job can be done with basic tools but I recommend using the special tool to open and close the fuel tank lock ring.
Hope this video can help one or two peeps out there.
    Enjoy watching!
