Good review. I'm thinking of getting one because I hate cooking breakfast inside during the summer when it's hot, and I prefer my steaks and burgers cooked in a cast iron pan. I do however like chicken cooked on a traditional grill better, and this wouldn't work for ribs or cooking on low heat. I guess maybe having a flat top and traditional charcoal or gas grate grill combo is the best answer. Or also a smoker for the serious American bbq perfection.
We love the Blackstone and use it the most out of all our outdoor cooking kit, but I have to confess we also have a smoker, a barbecue and a pizza oven 🫣

Hi, I purchased one of these from Costco (UK), how do you connect the regulator to a UK Propane gas bottle? - the supplied regulator doesn't fit..?
We run our Blackstone off butane, which has a different regulator which might be what you have. Or failing that if you go to a local caravan/camping shop you can buy a new regulator with hose and just swap it for what you have now.
