Dude, just got a BS 4-burner for Christmas. I also got a nice starter kit from Costco. This video was EXACTLY what I needed to watch. Thank you!!!

Nice video. Between the blackstone accessories at Walmart and fishing gear at Academy Sports I could go broke. 😂

For about 90% of people, all they really need is just a sturdy spatula.
Now if you are hardcore and use the griddlena lot and cool a bunch of a variety on the griddle, then yeah maybe need some accessories. But you can probably get away with what you already have at home.

Nice selection, just basic tools that you need without the fancy one trick pony's that don't tend to get used. :)
One accessory that I use all the time with my 22"' is a timer. Lets me go do other things for a 2 or 3 minutes, but makes sure I don't get distracted and lose track of time.

That’s a good tip. I also use a thermometer pretty regularly.

Those tools are great. Even non blackstone griddle owners buy their tools.

I got one for Father's day and while registering, I took advantage of their 5 for $50 deal in their website. Free shipping and I probably saved $70.

I use the heck out of the griddle scooper. Great for scooping rice, potatos and veggies.

The griddle kit spatulas are definitely NOT as sturdy as the ones you put in the cart. They're flimsy and bend really easily at the neck. I got that kit because I wanted the bottles and the scraper blade as well. The rest I find are perfectly fine. But I regret getting it because I already know the spatulas are not going to last long before they break at the neck. I did get the Blackstone scraper too, which is quite sturdy.

I just took my new Blackstone grill On The Go camping, and rolling it around on those hard wheels was absolutely horrible. Rolling the grill from the truck down to the lake, the grill jostled so bad I thought the whole thing was going to fall apart. One of the screws & bolts on the lid came off and was lost and the lid almost fell off. I’m wondering if there are any other tires I can upgrade on those wheels?

Why say”Father’s Day” why do they always assume men are doing the grilling?

    • @blackstonecooking

That was just when the video came out. It was timely. But you’re right, I shouldn’t assume. I will say though, according to my analytics for my videos, more than 80% of my audience is men.

Just make sure it’s a Walmart Superstore. The smaller ones don’t carry SH*T.
