I'm doing a side by side comparison with a cheap light vs expensive.. Szhlux pt6000 vs sf se7000 I'll tell you that the se is not worth 3x the money.. the Szhlux is hanging in there.. Different spectrums as well
Be careful about cranking up the power in early flower. I don’t give them more then 60 percent at 20 inches until buds are actually forming. Any earlier then that and you’ll shock the whole tent. Didn’t believe the hype about how strong the light was. This thing will fry months of work. Just wish that info was available when I first started using it so I’m putting it out there!
Thank you!!! I'm beyond tired of reviews that stick to the manufactures 6-8in hanging heights, BOTH OF WHICH no grower is keeping their lights @in relation to their canopies. 12, 18, & 24in hanging heights are most realistic
Perfect light. I’ve had around 7 to 8 runs under this so far and crushing it. Averaging 70-90 grams per sq foot in a 4x4 . I rarely crack the dimmer past 600 watts . With a Agromax pure UV-B T5 hung above it in the middle..
I like the spider farmer so much that I went from the se5 to the se7 in my 4 by 8. I turn them off when I do foliar spray then give them a gentle wipe with a dry cloth ❤
I love my se7000 I've grown some monsters. I would say my nugs are a lot denser but being I've grown mostly from seeds it's hard to say if it is the light or genetics. But what I will say is my nugs have been consistently dense since switching to this light.
Samsung diode’s are awesome. I don’t have the same light, I have something that’s more like a quantum board But it has Samsung diode’s and I get nice dense buds. Cheers!
That’s the thing I noticed on my first run. On my second run now but everything is stupid dense. Like a rock compared to the mars hydro ts-3000 I was using before.
Do you have any recommendations of other lights that are similar to this? Have been a hps grower for over a decade now. I just recently set up a 10x10 tent outside of my rooms so I could get a few LED lights in there to try some new fixtures. Thanks for the input!
Hey This video was soo helpful! Thank You sooo much! Also, can u please suggest some good lights for my first 5x5 grow tent! This is my first time. I was thinking of buying these monster of a lights but I don’t nearly have the money so can u suggest some good cheap alternatives please!?
I started with the se5000 in my 4 by 8 tent it's a fantastic light and a little cheaper than the 7000 lights are exactly the same except for the footprint. It's worth buying a good light to start. Good luck
Szhlux pt6000 is a good light for the price.. I've ran one for 3 years.. I use it in my 8x8 with a spider farmer se7000 and I can't see s difference between each side🤷♂️
This mob has a reputation for poor management, otherwise I might purchase one, viparspectra, migro, hlg,ac infinity, now that’s companies that have customers service.
Or you can pay a little more and get a light with no plastic parts. Growers want inexpensive lights so this is the outcome of that demand. The light is not cheap, no cheaper than some of the other top brands that people tout :)
The majority of the light is metal. The bar holders are actually well designed and to top that off, mine came with a spare set. The support for the driver is actually really robust but I have mine hanging outside anyways. On a side note, this light runs really cool. Like the bars stay about the same temp as the room. Knock this light all you want if it makes you happy but it's probably in the top 5 of lights out there and the price is great for what you get
What do you think about this light? Let me know below!

@@korey420 you'll see if its worth the money if you would run both for 3-5 years.

Will it fit a 4x4 tent
I’m new in this kind of business what would you guys recommend mars hydro or spider farmer in terms of led

Rip off if something stops working ie ballast there's no back up.
I mean that could be said for most lights…

Looks cheap ! Is that 3D printed parts 😂
Right? Why bother. Seems with time the snap on driver platform may become brittle and crack easily. Looks kinda sketchy.
Lots of brands use plastic on their lights. Fluence, Mammoth, Mars Hydro, Grower's Choice, etc. It's not uncommon.
