      *EXACTLY!*
*not only has The political tension in America ignited youth to make really brought assumptions about average middle-aged men but I genuinely believe it was those kind of assumptions that ignited this whole thing! Claiming that he was a pervert and that he was trying to look for children to touch and calling him a paedophile while they ganged up on him and bullied him*
*normal teenagers who were raised with self-respect and dignity would've left the poor man alone and have they seen him wheeling and knife they would've had the smarts to get back rather than engage him in an attack ...*
*I do not believe this man is a murderer. I believe he was genuinely all struck by insurmountable cruelty. This group of arrogant teenagers were capable of in the public humiliation got to be too much for him and he reacted....
*Foolish, yes, but I still can't help but believe had this entire interaction from beginning to end been recorded most of the children would be at fault for this entire event !!!*

Kids will be kids (not saying their behavior was right) but he was the older adult and most definitely should have walked away the video showed he had multiple opportunities to do so before things escalated. Also his conduct afterwards surely didn't help him. His lack of remorse and smiles while on the stand also didn't help him.

No man at his age and with his health issues, goes around starting fights with a bunch of teenagers. The idiot kids, and they were all incredibly stupid, started the physical contact. They were pushing and punching the guy and recording it for their UA-cam channels.
He didn't have to tell them what he was doing. He was in a public space in a free country. He had every right to be there, minding his own business not bothering anyone. There was no evidence that he struck a female; however, the evidence did show her shouting and yelling in his face, but there was no evidence that he ever struck her. And the idiot kid that was killed was not innocent. The evidence showed that he struck the old guy a couple of times.

I wish "video boy" faced some type of charge for inciting the lynching of an old man for literally doing nothing, even if the old man did not manage the situation well, he was not looking for trouble that day.
"Video boy" is the reason his friend is dead.
We saw the same on the case of the girl who got stabbed by another girl while another "video boy" incited violence and recorderd the whole thing.
The judge did mention that video boy by name while sentencing the girl, saying he didn't understand why he was not charged as he was also respnsable.
I was hoping this judge would do the same.
    Truth is violence incites violence.
Anyone verbally or otherwise bullying another human being even in schools, should stop acting shocked when someone dies or gets killed as a result, because the fact is, many people in that situation do not just walk away.

@MizzzYasmin the kids themselves did because he was a rapper and a pedophile and acting creepy. The kids were nowhere around when the queens were in Nick's face. They were off in the distance safe until...... they approached him. That's right. They approached him. The Queen's approached him. That makes them the perpetrators and makes it self defense. The kids should have stayed where they were saved and not approaching Nick from behind his back and attacking him because someone says you can't hit a girl. And you can't believe that lie if you want but that is not at all what I saw on that video. Nick had the knife in his hand when speaking to the Queen's if Nick had attacked them he would have done it with the knife not his fist the kids got stabbed because they were attacking Nick. So sorry the trolls were in the wrong they were wrong from the beginning they were wrong to the end

@MizzzYasmin why would he want to show the knife to the kids? It was in plain sight unless they came up on his back which they did. they attacked him first over and over and over. They were afraid of him because he was a rapper and he was a pedophile and acting creepy, all of which was not true. They needed adults to come help them because they were so afraid. Go watch the video and testimony of Cockfield. As far as the stabbing goes pay special attention to when the Queens are in Nick's face and the kids are nowhere around. The kids walked up on Nic while his back was turned to them and they attacked him and don't give me bs about how he hit one of the girls that was not proven. How odd that the girl that gets punched manages to get up with their sunglasses still on her head beer in her hand and not even a bloody nose? Nic had the knife in his hand in plain sight. I can see it in the video. If Nick had intentions of attacking the trolls he would have stabbed the queen too. He did not start stabbing the trolls until the physically assaulted him. Any one of the trolls would have an advantage over Nic but they also had to grossly outnumbered him. How brave of them. If the bullies had not appointed themselves to the ethic committee and keep there mouths shut they would have floated on by uneventfully. Did you pay attention to cockfield admitting that they could have but choose not too?

@@riseaboveit5236 Have you ever witnessed a fight? It is common for people to display the weapon before using it. Why? Because it works quickly to de-escalate conflict without having to resort to violence. Did you watch the video? Did you see how quickly the kids back off when they saw the knife? He didn't have to actually use it to get this effect. Also - I encourage you to watch the video thoroughly. It is very clear that the kids did not see the knife until after the stabbings. It is obviously deliberate on Mui's part to keep the weapon concealed before use. This is part of the reason he will die in prison.
Finally, Mui is the initial aggressor. He approached the kids, started grabbing their legs and pushing their tubs away. He is the first to cause someone to lose their footing and fall into the water. You can't start a conflict, be first to put hands on someone, escalate to extreme violence and then claim self defense. Again, another reason that he will die as a caged animal in prison.

While I agree the boys shouldn’t have taunted him, it is still not justified to mame or kill them because of “words” they said. He was never in any real danger, he had the knife and they had no weapons. He should have never approached them or grabbed their rafts. He could have walked away at any time. He punched a girl in the face because she was verbally defending the teens. He never once tried to provide first aid to any of them, he just snuck off like a coward and tried to disguise himself. He lied to the police. He said he didn’t have a knife, which he obviously did. He showed no remorse until sentencing and in jailhouse calls to his brother he talked about the kids being belly up and used derogatory language about them. Just because he is older and has never been arrested does not give him the right to do what he did. There are consequences for your actions and he deserved the sentence he got. Personally I think he should have received life in prison without the possibility of parole. Isaac will never be able to walk this earth again and his family will suffer for the rest of their lives because he couldn’t handle being called a name. Teenage boys are rowdy and sometimes say inappropriate things. It’s a part of growing up, and if you think your child doesn’t act differently when they’re with their friends, then you are delusional. I don’t condone what they said at all, but at the end of the day they are ONLY words.

This ALL FIRST started with the young adults being drunk, approaching him, verbally taunting him, surrounding & then pushing him. None of this would have happened if they didn’t APPROACH him FIRST. They also bare responsibly for their actions however they walk away with injuries but free from any responsibility. Coming from a communist culture upbringing it leaves you scarred & traumatised. And what they did could have simply been a triggering moment for him to retaliate & make poor behaviour decisions. Remember some of the teens deleted their video recordings, accidentally by their account but who really knows as it could have shown us a different picture of what happened on that day.

Those teens were not rough gang members, just a bunch of dorky college n high school kids. Who stayed in their tubes and spoke to Mui. He ran up on them with physical and verbal threats.. he probably did say he was looking for girls or little girls. The teens spoke up and he reacted, then they did. He was first with his hands and needs to grow some thick skin.
*he didnt just nic people. He didnt be a man on man fight. People just standing there were violently attacked. Or telling him to calm down or touch him to leave.
He stabbed with suck force that it pierced through the breast plate and heart..
**he flipped the blade around intentionally, stabbed that teen in the gut with such force. Then with such force, he dragged that knife upwards to that teens ribs all his intestines were out..
*plus others he stabbed. This is not fear or self defense. In 10 seconds he violently commited a murder, stabbed others and gutted that teen..
    * 10 seconds. Just imagine sitting on the couch and getting up to put your shoes on and sit back down. Thats 10 seconds.. his 10 seconds are not self defense but murder and carnage.
