- A.J. Martin became visibly frustrated during his cross-examination during the Apple River stabbing trial of Nicolae Miu.
Nicolae Miu, 54, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and multiple counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide that could send him to prison for life if he is convicted.

Or the other witness who had called mr. Miu as raper (of kids) but had apparently done that because he (the witness) tried figure out what the situation was.
Just like this witness had come and pushed mr. Miu from behind to "mediate" the situation and the other was holding his hands in mr. Mius throat.
Yes, they had very "different" reactions to start to make serious accusations to some random stranger and then attacking and pushing and punching the guy when he gets upset while he had quite literally been minding his own business and trying to locate a dropped phone from the river.
It looks like you have to be quite special person indeed to have those kinds of reactions. Like the guy who in Sweden just shot father in front of his son because they too 'reacted to stimulus'.

That’s exactly how I imagine he felt. Like he was targeted by this really irrational, weird, confrontational person, and he hoped someone would be the voice of reason and diffuse the situation but instead this man just multiplied, and he suddenly found himself surrounded by a swarm of people with that same mindset. Disconcertingly unreasonable, unpredictable people pushing and shoving him and cackling these obnoxiously loud hyena laughs and not listening to anything he said. It would have felt like being stuck in a nightmare where you lose your voice and utter psychos descend on you. That poor man.

You can tell by the way that he positions his hands hes trying to restrain him or stop him from getting up too quickly, but they are not shoves or strikes with intent to hurt. I think he's just being protective of his group. Many of you are not thinking it through piece by piece. Your just seeing the group but not the individual. He came from another group to help out, and after Dante hit Nic because he hit a girl in their group, he most likely was trying to keep Nic from attacking untill things calmed down, since he was thinking hed be pissed after just being punched. I could be wrong, but I could be right. Bottom line I did not see AJ try to hurt the guy.
All of these kids deserve prison time for their false Allegations against Mr. Miu. They also should all be held liable for paying 100% of the defense's legal fees, as well as restitution.
