Now tell your grand parents that you just listened to this, and see the years fall away in their eyes as they remember listening to this when they were your age.
Just imagine, this was recorded LIVE 50 years or more before you were born ! They did not have modern recording techniques or anything, but a live band and some backup singers. Pretty cool isn't it? Thank you for a great reaction video! You did good! James from Chicago
Your smile says it all! This is my first time sitting in with you! Thank you for allowing me to do that! I could tell they were making your womanhood quiver a bit as they do mine! Imagine being in the audience! Oh my goodness!
Having a crisis? Lol love the reaction! I've watched your reaction several times, and it gets me every single time. It's an added bonus that you are also easy on the eyes too! Much love from America! Wishing you, your channel, and your family nothing but the best! Peace
“The Righteous Brothers” are considered by most to be the Greatest Male Vocal Duet Of All Time. I agree. Between Bill Medley’s Lows and Bobby Hatfield’s Highs they can hit every note on an 88 key piano. No other male singers can do that. Legendary. “You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin” was the most played song on radio in the 20th Century. "Unchained Melody" - Bobby Hatfield Live 1965. Considered by most as The Greatest Live Male Vocal Performance In History... I agree. Bobby's use of "Runs" is brilliant. He is the master of the technique and started the trend. 7 notes just to say the word "I".... Their name came when they did a show in a smaller venue and a black man told them…. You two Brothers are Righteous. They created the sound and set the table that all Soul Music fed from for decades to come. In 1983, in Newport Beach O.C. Calif. Bill and Bobby at the Jolly Roger Restaurant . I was 13 feet away for... "Unchained Melody"- "You've Lost That Lovin’ Feelin‘" - "Soul And Inspiration".... They were perfect, awesome, amazing, incredible......
"My ears are blessed!" That, my Friend, says it all! Epic out of the chair sincere 2021 reaction to this talented duo and lyrical message song I remember way back in the 60s! I promise you this recording will lift your Soul for decades to come. Peace & Love.
I`m a first timer on your channel and loved watching you fall in love with their voices. Their voices will stop anyone in their tracks immediately no matter what. I hope you find a guy that will give you the same feeling as listening to these guys.
I loved your reaction !! I'd love to watch you react a second listen, and a third !! I was a Junior in HS when this came out and I still listen to it 56 years later !!
Now here is a Young lady that appreciates Music.Bobby Hatfield was the tenor Bill Melody is the baritone their voices shouldn't have blended together but they did and it was pure magic Listen to Your my Soul and Inspiration. YOU LOVE THAT TO.So many songs by them together and solo. Listen to BROWN EYED GIRL with just Bill Melody singing think you'll like them.
confession: A week before Christmas, UA-cam placed a Reaction Video right in the middle of my usual "Web Programming", Science, and Elon Musk videos. It was Bobby Hatfield singing "Unchained melody". I recognized the video because I watched the Andy Williams show when this was recorded. (On my huge 21" TV). I have been down a rabbit hole ever since, watching reaction videos to the Righteous Brothers. Thank you so much for respecting the absolute perfection in these two singers. Your reaction was really cool. One of the best.
You were "overtaken" by the sheer beauty and deep-hearted soul of this song by this incredible duo. With this song and "Soul and Inspiration," I feel the same way. Also with Bobby Hatfield's "Unchained Melody" and the lesser known song, by him, "Stay With Me Baby", which absolutely is heart-wrenching. That's the music of love and emotion. Loved your honest reaction.
Love your appreciation. Maybe reacting to our music can bring the races back together like we were in late 60s 70s and 80s. Good music always hits you in the soul, on a cellular level. These musicians give a part of themselves for their fans. No electronics at all!
Ha ha ha ha you just melted and that’s how it is all the time I’m a dude and holy shivers it’s soul right there soul that’s all I can say and like I said before on the other one I’m so glad that we have been alive to hear this stuff wow and you look Dropdead gorgeous by the way please continue to do great songs thank you
This song was played more than any other song in American Radio history. No other song has surpassed it in the 20th century and Imagine that MOST PLAYED Not even the Beatles or Elvis passed them. They were great together 💔
You would love Soul and Inspiration if you liked this song. It was written by the same writers as a follow-up to the success of this song, features the beautiful harmonies of both "brothers", and peaked at #1 for three straight weeks in 1966.
Such a beautiful young lady. Watch those men who have no business charming you. The nicer someone seems the more you should be careful :) This song was played more last century than any other!!
Welcome to the group of ladies having just discovered just HOW good these two singers were. Bill Medley is the tall deep-voiced one. He is still with us and performing as recently as before the pandemic. Bobby Hatfield was the not as tall, higher-voiced one. We, unfortunately, lost him over a decade ago. But we were fortunate enough to have performances recorded that are making their way through reactors such as yourself. These types of videos and suggestions through comments for other videos to look up have spread this music of how wonderfully talented individuals were before all the auto-tuned stuff was done. They were PURE talent. Bobby had a 5-octave range that he utilized much of during his performance of "Unchained Melody" on the Andy Williams show. I call that particular performance "vocal gymnastics." Prepare yourself to be rendered speechless by it. At least I was. It can be found here ua-cam.com/video/IYj2hex99gY/v-deo.html

This has to be the hundredth time I've seen a video of black people watching the Righteous Brothers for the first time. We don't need their validation.
That’s real soul. Blue-eyed soul right from the heart 💜.
Now tell your grand parents that you just listened to this, and see the years fall away in their eyes as they remember listening to this when they were your age.
How lucky were we to grow up with these guys which is why we sung music in our day...pure music
THE KING OF SWAG AND THE PRINCE OF SWAG
There’s a reason they’re still considered the greatest male duo ever.
Top shelf music in a time when music was magical. I feel sorry for today's music listeners.

Blue-eyed blues
It’s call blue eyed soul.
Now go listen to Bobby (the one with the higher pitched voice) sing "Unchained Melody." Look for the video with him in the pink suit.
Wonderful reaction! I take it you thoroughly enjoyed them? :)
Yes
They were called the blue eyes soul singers
Their vocals are amazing, but lyrically, listen closely to the words of ROCK AND ROLL HEAVEN. 1974 I think. It's an incredible tribute song.
Bobby Hatfield is the high pitch and Bill Medley is the deep voice.
