I love how everyone was introduced as their role like "senior food editor, kitchen manager, etc" and Brad's was like "TOPPINGS ENTHUSIAST"
😂🤣
Well "labrador puppy" would have been a bit too on the nose.
It's Alive does things like that all the time
hey man give respect where its due lol
What’s Andy then? Bottoms enthusiast??
Claire's great in these, don't get me wrong, but what really takes this series to another level is the all the interactions with the other people in the kitchen. This is part cooking, part science, and part The Office.
Spot on analysis
Yeah, Molly saying all the bagel bites needed more salt, was a classic "the office" kind of moment imo.
I didn’t understand why I enjoy watching BA series so much until you analyzed it this way
Matthew Geer probably why I love it so much. Those are all my favorite things (except eating)

I love how this episode isn't trying to recreate them it's just 'these are terrible. What do you want on your fixed bagel bite?'
The video they set out to make: Claire makes Bagel Bites. The video they made: Claire makes the BA kitchen lunch
She just stress made tiny lunches for everybody. That wasn't even part of the show. Even Chris got a tuna melt (even though he very particularly didn't want one and especially not cold. well done Claire. loved that)

I love how Claire is literally going for GOURMET versions now, not just "exact replica except without artificial stuff"
I think it's better for her sanity lol
Well, I'd say it's just dependent on the food in question. Bagels and pizza are originally gourmet foods, so of course she has leeway to make this snack into its own gourmet thing. Gushers, Skittles etc are all their own things.
What makes it gourmet? Is it really gourmet?
It used to be gourmet and when it switched to candy is when that stopped. Ramen is a example of it

“Like who knows how many watts anyone’s ever microwaving at?”
exactly Claire
As soon as she said that, I was like “it’s usually written on the microwave, Claire!” 😂
There are microwaves that you can control the wattage, which is super awesome. (But they are usually in Japan and S Korea.)
Ummmmm, I do. I always know, because I refuse to buy microwaves with less than 1000w. Every microwave I have ever owned has been either 1000w or 1100w. Basically every recommended timing on every microwavable item ever has been calibrated for those wattages, and using a lower power microwave would result in longer cook times, while higher could result in the outside of the item cooking faster than the inside.
Know your microwaves wattage, people....
Lumi how do you know it’s putting out the wattage that it says? I think the point is that there’s so many variables, there’s really no way to know for Sure.
It's on the manual that comes with it
Anyone else find it super satisfying when Claire reads the ingredients and says “close parenthesis” or “close bracket”
I just can't get over Brad hogging all the black olives and then telling Solah, "Yeah, but they're mine." I die every single time I re-watch that scene.
