Looks like the US Sun posted about your video online. Pretty cool to see you getting some news worthy footage. The best part of buying from him is that you can protect your purchase on the way home with some knives. After watching your video, I found out there is a Radio Shack in the town we just vacationed at. Could have stopped to see that store, but we left there last night. The store is nearly 5 hours away, so it was definitely a missed opportunity. The Kerrville store we missed is also the closest one to us after Cleveland Texas closed last year. I kinda want some JCPENNE pasta now, sounds good.
The first ever Radio Shack kiosk! That first part was really hard to watch, then I had to turn my phone down for second part. I thought you could control the volume on these recordings.
Hmmm… seems ok in the headphones. Weird. Let see if anyone else says the same. The editing is supposed to stay consistent on the volume. Cutting between different formats is not going to be consistent unfortunately.
When you started talking about the malls in Jersey, for some weird reason I started thinking about that seinfield episode when Kramer forgot where he parked his car in the mall parking garage 😂 now I want to watch it again.
The big Radio Shack was on Ashley Phosphate. If you go down Northwoods and hang a right onto Ashley Phosphate it would be on the left a little past the railroad tracks. You can't quite miss it because there is plywood covering a hole where a person drove into the building a few months back and there are construction vehicles for rent out front.
@@charlestonpinballarcade LOL They're already built... including the old Radio Shack space in the long-since rotting, abandoned Montgomery Mall.... The mall that's still open is on life support... We're a city in decline at the moment, sadly.

There’s a few factors that go into filming at the malls. Here are a few… I’m sure more can be added. 1. The mall management and security enforces their rules on filming at their discretion, as malls are private property that the public is allowed to conduct commerce upon. Many UA-camrs want to argue malls are public property. Malls are not public propety. If that was the case, they would be owned by the city, state or federal government. Most UA-cam dead mallers have never owned residential or commercial property, so there is a level of what is private and what is public that leads to some issues that we have all seen on some channels. 2. You might have one guard that enforces and one guard that might not. 3. Many UA-camrs filming malls are younger people that unfortunately will be targets for security guards to exert their authority upon. 4. Many UA-camrs (not all) dress like they just rolled out of bed and didn’t take a shower for a few days. 5. Many UA-camrs (not all) don’t use the tact to engage with the guards asking for help understanding the history and making the guards feel valued. In my instance, I have some advantages as I am a larger middle aged guy, dressed well and most guards will “usually” not engage with me to enforce rules that are just going to be a hassle.
@@charlestonpinballarcade you make some good valid points. It is crazy how some of the UA-camrs, not all, feel entitled to do as they please with little regard to respect. They don't realize some people just want to shop at their local shopping mall without being in someone's video. I myself have never minded being in someone's video. And you are right in point number one. Being open to the public does not mean your public property. Thank you for the reply back by the way.

The malls in north Jersey near NYC were like that. The American Dream mall is probably like that. I love that episode with the air conditioner!!! 😂
At first I expected this to be old news footage based on the quality, but the drone in the shot quickly clued me in when I skipped ahead.

I am surprised you got away with filming in a mall. Especially with that big ol camcorder. Malls are so notorious for not allowing people to film.
