They say that the company is like a fairy tale and everything is perfect and would be the best thing for you to be part of them, and they need an unicorn to can fit with their fantasy. I do like asking that, you then have to watch for the tells
I’m gonna say that 80% of hiring managers lie. I have had hiring managers pull the bait & switch on job role & compensation. This is why I hate job hunting under duress.
