For me best tour by far without video screening distractions. Just her charisma and talent. So many references in there: Uncle Tom Cabin number from "The King and I" in "Vogue", Marlene Dietrich in "Like a Virgin", Fosse Style in "Holiday", "Hello Dolly" in "Justify My Love", Soul Train in "Deeper and Deeper"

Actually Mike Reid said 'pale into insignificance', but I'll let you off 😉 I was sitting at my hifi waiting to hit the record button and they began playing the audio about 10 minutes before it was advertised in the Radio Times! I remember it going out on Radio 1 the same evening that The Girlie Show from Sydney was on Sky 1.

You were blessed to see this show. This is her best tour! I saw the "Rebel Heart" tour, and it was a good show, but it couldn't touch this! This was the REAL Madonna before she started associating with ghetto trash such as Nicki Minaj, and releasing mediocre albums! This innovative, whip-cracking dominatrix died a LONG time ago!

Last tour with a real stage instead of all the screen projection cheating stages. Her brother did a great job. Each song has its unique look.

My first Madonna concert tour! Saw it in Fukuoka (the version that was broadcast in Japan). I love love love the Erotica era. Wish I had kept the T-shirt I bought that night. No idea where it is now. Since everybody here seems to love The Girlie Show as much as I do, I have a question. How does the giant pole disappear from the stage after she performs the opening number? It's been mind boggling for 26 years!

I was there Sunday 26/9/93 late for an outdoor concert in the uk - my least favourite tour the collection of songs theme & to me a rushed job of a concert. I thought it was flat however she looks good
Dont get why the orgy simulation part was cut and the section "The Beast Within" the camera man or woman moved the camera up like avoiding to shoot when dancers make homosexual dancing performing! It was too shocking for u to film that?
