    Her story is so much like mine, also had a lot of issues with my sinuses, was never bedridden, and didn't understand what was going on for many years. I've had ME now for almost 19 years, but I'm slowly getting better! Thanks for sharing this video again! 😊

    This sounds very familiar to me and is so close to my own story. To hear someone talk about their beginning and their end to this suffering is so assuring that I can get there myself. I'm almost there (recovering for 6 mths now) but it still feels each day like I'll never get there. I'm glad I came across this story to remind me to never give up! Thanks OHC for your UA-cam channel. 🙏👍🏻

    Thanks for sharing this story again, hadn't seen it in a while. I can relate to so much of what she talks about here. She seems like a lovely person and explains her journey very clearly. Love the Feel Good Friday videos :-)

    This is awesome to see recovery is possible after so long. Me 20 years also and still sick. Alex, your programme is very expensive though and sadly many people with cfs do not have incomes to pay for the kind of support they desperately need from the likes of your programme.

    I would love to hear more about the neurotoxins you talk about and what you did to detox from them? Thank you for this encouragement! May the lord bless you!

    I've been unwell for 18 years and it will be 20 years before I am better (got sick at 17)... However my story is so similar, knowledge was and still is limited and in some ways good and some ways bad, because GP's werent saying there is no cure nore they were saying there is not much because they didn't know anything lol
    So I kept going from GP to gp followed by 2/3 years of unemployment and trying to find a sutiable job and also stints at study... Till I found OHC... I really thought there was nothing more Ii could, I know now it is not true...

      I'm curious.. How come you think it will be 20 yrs before you are better?

    • @icascone
      @icascone 4 роки тому +1

      @@loobylouboti It is always hard to know as it always depends on how bad I am, but it the body heals slowly and it does take a couple o years to recover completely... And I've also got sick 18 years ago and only got to know Optimum Health clinic in the last year or so.......

    • @loobylouboti

      @@icascone OK, I see. 😊
      So to rephrase that then, what you could say is that you don't know how long it's going to take your body to heal? But that now you have hope and know that recovery *is* possible, you've accepted the challenge ahead. 💪
      The time it takes to recover is different for each of us. And not necessarily (as this video points out,) indicative of how long one has had the illness. Nor does a persons age determine the length of time it takes to get better either. ..Which is awesome. Lol 😊
      I wish you all the best on your healing journey!
      Take care of you 🙏

      I went through the frustration with GPs also, but I then I found a good Integrative Doctor and did a lot of my own research which was key for me

    I understand where she's coming from when she said GPs don't recognise it'.. they don't, it doesn't exist in there medical training. I have no faith in Doctors anymore and it's getting worse.
