Keep it up Evan! You definitely have something unique to offer than any other bodybuilder I've seen since forever. And I have zero doubts that you will outlive every single IFBB pro out there.
Mr. Evan I am not a bodybuilder but def you are one of my favorite bodybuilder and I had started following you and thank you man keep them videos coming
I love your videos Evan have inspired me to eat more vegetables in my meals, and have educated me how important vegetables are. please keep uploading. 💪💪
Evan. Don't ever get tired of making the vids bro. It's some really informative content. I've introduced alot of herbs, spices, and different greens in my diet because of watching your vids. keep it up.
I wish more people could understand the health properties of spices. You can even just put turmeric in nearly anything (even without effecting its flavour) and it will help people immensely! Great video. I always learn something from your vids.
New subscriber here, great videos! I am not a bodybuilder, nothing like that, but I am interested in eating healthy and staying fit. I just found your channel through another related video about what you eat in a day. Your videos are very informative, clear, and fun to watch. I, like the other people commenting, think you definitely need your own tv show!
I really enjoy your videos Evan. When I watch them it's not like listening to some greedy, braindead wannabe fitness-hipster on youtube. It's motivation over 9000 and u are such a pleasent down to earth guy. Go on with it! Greetings from Germany :)
I watch your channel for couple days now and I will tell you something my friend! That how you cook definitely stays far behind Gordon Ramsay, but .... The knowledge WHAT you cook and WHAT you eat after ... OMG!!! For sure Gordon could take some lessons from you about food. I'm so impressed. Until now I just thought that bodybuilders just know how much calories they have to eat and where those are comming from. You are different. Thanks for all of your tips and advices, for sure I will use them in my journey. When I look at you I know that you eat good and that the one thing, but ... When I listen when you talk about food I have a this feeling that you know what you are talking about. Cheers!
Evan, I am a CA Asian (110lb) woman and was fascinated about your meal prepping vlog when you cooked so much for the Arnold Austrailia show! Since then, I've really enjoyed your meal prepping, grocery shopping and cooking vlogs! Please continue to do them as "non-body builders" can also enjoy them. For the Indian spices (cardoman -green & black) and basmatic rice bags, I find that going to Indian & Asian grocery stores are cheaper and you can get them "whole". This also includes ginger and tumeric. -:)
Man, Evan, knowing the stuff you Use, and like to eat, I mean I watch all of your cooking Videos as well and Meal prep tips. I am 100% sure you would freakin Love a Good Indian Biryani, It Comes in Chicken, Mutton or Beef, I mean if you try the Biryani we have here in India like in North India and Places like Hyderabad and Lucknow, you would loose your mind you'd love it so much. I am Actually pretty sure you could find a Good Nawabi Indian restaurant somewhere in Your Area, I mean when I visit the States my Cousins are in California, we have some pretty good options there which are almost as good as the Stuff you get here in India, I'd give them a Solid 5.5 on 10 lol, but yeah its worth a a try. All the Best Sir, Hope your recovery is going well.
Saffron has some good quality properties too...best saffron come from Italy and for that reason is expensive, extremely expensive... Good quality channel
Lol thats awesome, I strongly emphasized arsenic in brown rice and brown rice concentrate in your other video and here you are talking about it! Thanks man! :D PS - I love what you do and love Evan's World series! Keep it coming, its nice seeing you back and active!
If your back here during meal prep and trying to remember combos 1) saffron and scallion 2) curry and fresh turmeric 3) shitaake mushrooms and seaweed 4) cardamon and fresh ginger 5) parsley and marjoram my honourable mention cilantro and lime juice
7 spices is world known spices for rice u should try it Evan, u won't regret it, all what u said is right, but in my country in Dubai we mix almost 21 spices in one dish but in very small quantity like half tea spoon of each. thanks for reading
the great thing about this channel is that it's a real person that really does his research and let's face it nobody wants to listen to Dubstep for the first 30 seconds in the intro of every video on UA-cam. also just to add one more thing he doesn't take himself as an obnoxious douchebag.
Evan try to cook the rice with one spoon of olive oil and water 1cup of rice to 2cups of water. For spices: use the 2 star spices, 2 bay leaves to 2cups of rice each bay leave will take 1cup of rice. And 2 cardamums for each one cup of rice. Also, you can throw a small Cinnabon stick very small one, and 1 clove head to each cup of rice. Put all these spice in a cloth that got holes on it dump it with the boiled water first for 5 min then you can dump the rice whenever the rice back to boil again lower the heat to medium for 5 min and low/medium to 10 min, enjoy!(note: this is can't be made in slow cooker rice
Love your videos! If you get turmeric on your skin it's okay, it's actually good for you. Some people in Asia actually use it as a mask. But yeah the staining sucks! Lol
Hey Evan. Basmati rice is great. But I would recommend not using that rice cooker to cook . Best is to boil the Rice in enough water and then strain it. It's more healthy than cooking it in rice cooker. That's how rice has been cooked from early times. Cheers 👍
I really have to say this and I try to cut it short; this is easily the best channel for nutrition that I came across, regardless of being a bodybuilder or not. The general input you add is just amazing. Plus you really seem to be a guy that people love to be arround, very very likeable and just a great person.
I dug this one. Towards the end I thought you were gonna mix all these ingredients together in the pot, only to find out you were kicking down different options. Cheers!
Totally get you on the white rice for digestibility, but what about the fiber that it lacks? What else are you throwing in your diet to supplement fiber?
Not even a bodybuilder or fitnesser myself but i just had to subscribe to you, love ur enthusiasm for food and you have a lot of knowledge about details of food i dont find anywhere else, you should definitely continue awesome to see the love you have for food and cooking
I hate my rice cooker and looking to getting a new one. Does anyone know or can recommend one that has a timer and don't have to stir every 10mins like the one Ox has?
You should daily vlog. You would pass every other bodybuilder up on UA-cam if you did
YES
I guess it would not be so entertaining to see a big guy to eath meat and rice every day :-D

Sir Disney KINOBODY IS GOD

Try using 1/2 low-sodium chicken stock and 1/2 water instead of all water. Tastes great and adds proteins/minerals
You have an awesome personality Evan and very knowledgeable about what you eat, keep up the good work and please do more daily vlogs!!
Soaking rice for thirty minutes helps aid in the digestibility of the rice.

Respect for the knowledge and respect for that Zojirushi rice cooker.

I dug this one. Towards the end I thought you were gonna mix all these ingredients together in the pot, only to find out you were kicking down different options.
Cheers!
What type of rice cooker is that? I've been looking for a better one.
Totally get you on the white rice for digestibility, but what about the fiber that it lacks? What else are you throwing in your diet to supplement fiber?
What brand is this rice cooker? I have never seen it. I have the Amora it is good but it burns my rice from the bottom. Thanks.
