I watch your channel for couple days now and I will tell you something my friend! That how you cook definitely stays far behind Gordon Ramsay, but .... The knowledge WHAT you cook and WHAT you eat after ... OMG!!! For sure Gordon could take some lessons from you about food. I'm so impressed. Until now I just thought that bodybuilders just know how much calories they have to eat and where those are comming from. You are different. Thanks for all of your tips and advices, for sure I will use them in my journey.
When I look at you I know that you eat good and that the one thing, but ... When I listen when you talk about food I have a this feeling that you know what you are talking about. Cheers!

Evan, I am a CA Asian (110lb) woman and was fascinated about your meal prepping vlog when you cooked so much for the Arnold Austrailia show! Since then, I've really enjoyed your meal prepping, grocery shopping and cooking vlogs! Please continue to do them as "non-body builders" can also enjoy them. For the Indian spices (cardoman -green & black) and basmatic rice bags, I find that going to Indian & Asian grocery stores are cheaper and you can get them "whole". This also includes ginger and tumeric. -:)

Man, Evan, knowing the stuff you Use, and like to eat, I mean I watch all of your cooking Videos as well and Meal prep tips. I am 100% sure you would freakin Love a Good Indian Biryani, It Comes in Chicken, Mutton or Beef, I mean if you try the Biryani we have here in India like in North India and Places like Hyderabad and Lucknow, you would loose your mind you'd love it so much. I am Actually pretty sure you could find a Good Nawabi Indian restaurant somewhere in Your Area, I mean when I visit the States my Cousins are in California, we have some pretty good options there which are almost as good as the Stuff you get here in India, I'd give them a Solid 5.5 on 10 lol, but yeah its worth a a try. All the Best Sir, Hope your recovery is going well.

the great thing about this channel is that it's a real person that really does his research and let's face it nobody wants to listen to Dubstep for the first 30 seconds in the intro of every video on UA-cam. also just to add one more thing he doesn't take himself as an obnoxious douchebag.

Evan try to cook the rice with one spoon of olive oil and water 1cup of rice to 2cups of water. For spices: use the 2 star spices, 2 bay leaves to 2cups of rice each bay leave will take 1cup of rice. And 2 cardamums for each one cup of rice. Also, you can throw a small Cinnabon stick very small one, and 1 clove head to each cup of rice. Put all these spice in a cloth that got holes on it dump it with the boiled water first for 5 min then you can dump the rice whenever the rice back to boil again lower the heat to medium for 5 min and low/medium to 10 min, enjoy!(note: this is can't be made in slow cooker rice

Hey Evan. Basmati rice is great. But I would recommend not using that rice cooker to cook . Best is to boil the Rice in enough water and then strain it. It's more healthy than cooking it in rice cooker. That's how rice has been cooked from early times. Cheers 👍
