I’ve seen couples of review on UA-cam saying that heater and propane worked great keeping it warm but its very consuming on propane to keep it warm. And tanks under base is kept warm but not the exit pipes that they get frozen and had trouble draining it and keeping it from freezing. They also had to keep their windows covered just to keep it warm or run propane on heater out quicker. I dont think it’s a true 4-season built. I been looking into buying one but that stopped me. I’ve sent cold winter living in Flagstaff 27’ TT, learnt my leasons to not believe it so quickly after being told it can handle winter just fine. for that price for BaseX, it kinda made me questions same thing as you’re asking. I wish Airstream would answer our question honsetly or actually have insulation installed all around and all over along with solution for the exiting pipes during their build process.

Most important thing for me is COMFORT‼️ the sofa…sleeping is absolutely ridiculous. I could sit at the dining and have to get up off of it 15 minutes later‼️. Everything else is very duable. Again COMFORT MOST IMPORTANT ‼️

Window design will need to change , plenty of glass that doesn’t actually open , so extra cost for junk from REI and you got rid of all the cabinet doors for bungy cords, and unpainted plywood , wow 🤣
