Have a 16x. Ease of towing and maneuvering. Took out stove. It’s too small to cook inside. Portable cooktop used with outside gas connection.

I like the 16x better. The 20x looks weird and bulky to me.

I'm a single woman and on a serious budget. Wondering if you could recommend a airstream that I could cook inside?

The cover above the propane tanks in the front needs to have a serious LOCK to keep the lid from opening (by just anyone). I'd put 2 locks on it, one on each side slightly off-center. One lock with that way-too-flexible (cheap/thin) plastic cover isn't enough, so 2 locks would be more secure/resistant to prying. But really, the cover should be aluminum though -- you know, the material Airstream is known for. That silver colored metal? Aluminum? ;-)
You're not thinking security really...anything outside that can be accessed can also be stolen. Especially if parked on the street in most cities with all the trash about nowadays. Please, "Embrace Diversity" -- put serious/robust LOCKS on your TTs. ;-)
