My personal experience has been to use this video a few times on the first and second day and then as needed after that.
I have found that it is Good to drink lots of Water to hydrate & detoxify the body, along with taking a hot shower, bath with Epsom salts & or a sauna.

Other things that have helped us with Prostate Pain & Pelvic Pain:
Using a Tenz Unit on the lower back, Meditation to relax the pelvic floor, Cataplex K supplement from Standard process, Alternating Ice & Heat on the area can all be helpful.
