This is common because the lower chakras support the higher chakras, if your lower chakras are blocked, unbalanced, or unaligned then the higher ones could very easily become unhealthy and have lower vibrations. However, if you can heal, open, and align the lower chakras, the upper chakras will have a stable support so they can be healthier and more energized. Sending love and light to all of you. Consistency is golden. it definitely is very hard but rewarding once even one thing is let go of that you’ve held on to. we have generations of un healed trauma and habits some not even of our own so it’s painful but I believe you can do as much as I believe in myself. I just looked at my phones clock and its 1:11 am... that's an angel number so I guess I'll listen to this while I sleep.. I've been dealing with anger against those who us religion and political views to bully me and trying to control me. And they aren't even my blood relatives. And I'm a june cancer emotional empath and all feel around this person is pure hate. And I know it's not my emotions not thoughts.. they also practactly worship trump as if he's a savior. And despises anyone who dont.. I lost every dime I had due to a traumatic brain injury. And since Jan of 2023 I've been with them
