I can do both, for reps. Also, its mostly genetics as to why both he and I are so strong. That and a little something else, but he wont enlighten you as to what that is because it would hurt his brand, i see it in your veins my guy. No hate, just saying.
Is he really talking about weightlifting (Olympic weightlifting) or is he just talking about going to the gym and lifting some weights?
Honestly what is this tribalism with weightlifting and calisthenics? Like do whatever works for you! As long as you’re keeping yourself fit and strong and makes u happy why all the hate? Why not do both?
its just fun banter
I’m sorry but this man is speaking straight up facts
"This is better than that and that is better than this" is the least functional argument. Calisthenics is great, weightlifting is great, both can give you similar, but slightly different results depending on what metric you use to judge progress.
It's not Calisthenics vs weightlifting
It's calisthenics and weightlifting 👍
Can i do both
Gotta crawl before you walk. Master your body before mastering the weights
lol, calesthenics are for small skinny twigs
That’s not very nice
And gym is for brainless
@@malky_malk just facts lol
Cierto! it's because big or fat man cant pull off medium level calisthenics skills
@@danx74 No point in doing 30 muscle ups if you can do controlled sets of weighted pull ups. What a way of ruining your joints and being fucked in your 30's.
Calisthenics is better to start with when you're lightweight. if you're heavy start with weights. But everyone should work on both.
False
Calisthenics is not better but it does work well incorporating both is key
Deadlift is a back exercise. You did just fine
Whos gon tell him calisthenics literally gives you strength and of ofc your gonna be able to lift a lot cause your big 😂 jesus people these days
Tell me you struggle to squat 300 pounds without tellingly me you struggle to squat 300 pounds
I hate how everyone who does calisthenics thinks they have ascended into some holy level of humanity
Calisthenics by definition limits your absolute strength
as a natural who wants to build a body you need to do both that’s it
Fax lol calisthenics guys try to tell me that all you need are pull-ups to get a big back lmao back is the biggest muscle in the upper body🤣🤣🤣
Bro I have a different goal and that's to increase my strength and endurance not be big bulky
“I gained 10lb of muscle while going on a vegan diet, not having tried a proper diet. Vegan diet must be superior”
Body weight babbler at it again 😂
Alright then… hit legs
Does bro want a cookie 💀
Depends... if you wanna lift heavy weights, lift heavy weights.
If you wanna master your bodyweight, do calisthenics.
I was 380 im down 8 pounds i couldnt do calistenics right now. I do weightlifting and swimming.
For many people
their own weight is too heavy. Let alone I bet most people who have done both will say weightlifting is way more fun. But we actually comparing differebt sports which does not make much sense
