Congrats on the birth of your son... that is a journey unlike any other... you’ve got a mini you who’s always watching, even when you think he isn’t... 😊 Great workout suggestions for the shoulders! 🙌🏽
i workout with your workouts only after 6 months with my diet on point i see my gainz you are amazing motivation for me and a great teacher as well as a wholesome person much love and respect
doe al 1jaar altijd beginnen met rear en side delt door jou en mijn schouder is echt goed verbeterd en nu zo goed als in verhouding echt blij met de videos die je post💪
It's all up to you. Everyone is diff and has diff goals and uses more or less intensity. If your goal is building muscle you are good to start the next set as soon as you catch your breath. If your goal is strength you can rest anywhere between 3 to 8 minutes until you feel fully right again and know you can give it everything you have deep down inside! That's what bodybuilding is all about in my opinion. Yes it's nice to watch the pros and get ideas for new or forgotten excercises, but you have to try diff things and see what works best for you and just do more of that. If you are doing a particular excercise just bc you told yourself that's part of the days workout but you dont feel the target muscles working or contracting then dont waste time and move on to the next thing and see if that works. Then over time put the excercises together in your program that you kno you feel and fill those muscles with blood man!
It must be so great being able to feel every muscle contract, and even getting a pump. I've been going to the gym for a couple of years, never felt anything in my shoulders. People talk about leg pump, that's just another world for me, never felt it. If I push on beyond my capability, it just hurts like hell in the muscle. If I miss one rep doing, say, bicep curls (could be angling my wrist), that "thicking" buildup sensation in the muscle is gone.
If this helps, you can emphasize side delts while pressing with either a Smith Machine or another machine by pushing backwards hard while pressing up. Whichever machine you use push or pull towards side delts while pressing up. If using dumbbells, lay facedown on Incline bench and do your dB presses. I would use very light weights because they’re all tough and it’s new to you. So if the Incline bench is straight up only lower slightly lol. Pushing in those directions are called INTENTIONS.
@@samspangenberg3595 yes I know but it hasn’t been working so just going to do less sets on stronger side to keep strength and more sets on weaker side to build muscle
Waiiiiittt, so Wessley doesn't ever dedicate a day to training delts alone!??!? Never really does military press!?!? Huhhhh.... I'm confused. Can anyone break down the logic of this? I was convinced dedicated delts training (including military press) is a must for any bodybuilding workout split!?
Honestly i've watched my trainer train delts numerous times (former WNBF world champion natural bodybuilder) and i've never once saw him do any pressing movement he always focuses on sides and rears and his shoulders are boulders.
He has great genetics for shoulders/delts. Not everyone is so lucky, you will find most people will and probably should do more shoulder work but he is entirely correct about the front delt being overworked and active in all press/push movements. If you train front, mid and rear delts all equally you will probably have a little bit of a muscular imbalance as your front delt will have had much more overall volume counting the indirect work you get when training chest. From a purely bodybuilding perspective you shouldn’t need to do too much in the way of overhead presses. Side and rear delts for sure just like any other muscle group.
Just saying this cuz I love your videos and I have been watching you since the beginning. But I kinda miss the OG intro. This new one is kinda lame and not you. Sorry for the negative feedback but I do it cuz I care brotha. Keep up the great content and hope all is well💪🏽☝🏽

Always start with your weak side

Wow... We learn something new, I was under the impression military is crucial for shoulder mass.
