As an independent and someone who has both conservative opinions AND liberal opinions, I love Bill's content. But man, he really likes to hear himself talk more than his guests are allowed to finish a sentence.

He seriously needs to work on not cutting people off. I understand it will happen here and there, accidentally, in the course of a normal conversation. Every reasonable adult understands that, but it's literally every second sentence with his guests. It makes things VERY difficult to listen to, and is EXTREMELY disrespectful.

Yes! No shade but I literally had no idea he was considered a comedian until very recently. I remember when he was on TYT, he was just another pundit, commentator guy. I never heard him even try to say anything funny in my life. Then TYT posted some of his standup and omg it’s painful. I would be truly shocked if he ever made a living as a comedian.

Colbert is not a comic either. I thought he was a comedic genius when he did the old show. The level of satire was outstanding. But the late night show exposed that he was just a third rate actor who was good at playing the straight man in sketch comedy. He must have had really good writers on that show. Bill Maher is barely a comic himself, he's compelling because of his punditry, not his humor.

As a matter of fact the vast majority of intellectuals have done more harm to humanity and to this planet than anyone else by always thinking they're right when most of the time they're dead wrong... They're nothing but a bunch of upper middle class snobbish jackasses who believe that a piece of paper from a college equates to having a higher level of intelligence when it doesn't even come close... That's why barely any notable scientists have ever referred to themselves as intellectuals, nor have any of the great thinkers of the past.... It's just you modern freaks who live in your own little bubbles who seem to look at the term as something to strive for. But to the rest of us know you're just the bourgeoisie parading around as if you're oppressed or somehow helping the oppressed when in reality you're just the blind leading the blind. And the reason you're so damn blind is because you think you're so friggin smart. But all you really are is fearful bigots projecting your own feelings and views onto everyone else around you.

Everyone who is in any kind of market selling something is giving the "machine" what they want. A family member will occasionally watch that trash and I literally get enraged listening to that affirmative action reject Trevor Noah speak. I am absolutely, positively, 100% CERTAIN that he was handed The Daily Show SOLELY because of his skin color, because he is BY FAR the least funny so-called "comedian" I have ever seen in my entire life.
You are either a naturally funny person or you aren't. Regardless of what you think about their current hyper partisan BS, Stewert and Colbert are both naturally funny guys. That is why their shows were such massive successes. Trevor Noah is NOT even REMOTELY funny. There is basically no comedy whatsoever to anything he does...if you swapped him onto MSNBC, you would never know that he was a "comedian". You'd just assume that he's another Liberal propagandist liar in the propagandist mainstream media.
